Good coms fast refund. Website needs to be a little clearer but raised that with them. The free item was not sent in package although they say categorically it was. Felt as though accusing me of lying. I wasn't. Contrary to their belief items not sold elsewhere in UK they are. They do fast delivery options. Some good points and some not so good.

Easy website to negotiate, a great range of performance products with comparable prices. Excellent response times with regular updates about product delivery. Quick delivery. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to friends.

As soon as the order was placed I was kept informed of the products' process right to my door. The only let down was with Royal Mail not delivering for 2 days after they had received it. I cannot fault the service I had from Active Hound and would purchase from them again.
