I really like Activepieces because it much cheaper than Zapier. It integrates natively with ChatGpt and I cant wait till they add the Facebook piece so I can automate comments on my FB page.

Great software to integrate range of softwares especially chatGPT, Wordpress and Google Workspace. What I like to most is open API and webhook options which give us ocean of opportunities to automation our mundane work.

Great automation platform, open source and lower price than other automation platforms, easy of use.
It’s still in beginning, I hope it’s going well for more successes.

Activepieces is focus on User experience. It's the most user friendly automation tool I've tried so far. Everything is well structured and build.

I hope many more apps will be add in the future to be a serious competitot of Make.

I am a software developer and starting my SaaS business.
I compared all the alternatives to Zapier that is really expensive, and found ActivePieces.
Much more cheaper than the competitors, it's true that they don't have all the integrations from Zapier but it's moving very fast!
Now I'm using it to call some workflow from my code app with Webhooks. It's perfect because I don't have to code all the complex integrations inside my code, and can change quickly things.
It's a bit similar to N8N, you can create branch with conditions, but also easier than N8N.

Last thing that I would have to mention : it's an open source project, so if you have a developper in your team, it's really easy to code your own integration (called "piece")
I had to call Mixpanel from my workflow, but there was no integration. I could create it in one hour with typescript and submit it to the community. 2 days after, it was released on the plateform!
If I would have used Zapier, I could not make this on my own, I would have to wait that one day, they add this integrations... So love that this is open source

Great alternative to Zapier. Easy to use. Requires some technical abilities but even beginners can create automations.

Great customer support / community where we help each other out should we find bugs and automation breaks.

My usecase is auto posting new videos from youtube to wordpress and calendar syncing. Having these automated saved me a lot of them and ensure that there are no scheduling conflicts.

Best part is it's simple enough to use for people like me who don't know how to code.

As a lawyer using Active Pieces in our office, I find it very useful for speeding up our work and making tasks easier. It's great for organizing our cases and documents.While I find Active Pieces highly effective for automating various tasks in our law office, a specific area that could benefit from improvement is its integration with Gmail. Currently, the platform lacks the functionality to use Gmail as a trigger for automating tasks.

Just started getting to grips with ActivePieces and really finding the no-code approach and the visual flow builder really intuitive, I'm pretty excited about the possibilities with this system supporting my internal processes and then for client activities too.
Open source which gives that warm feel towards the company, ha, but then there's paid cloud subscriptions available to suit - importantly there's 150+ 'pieces' currently but I believe it's something that's being worked on all the time, so the software should become more and more valuable as time goes on. Looking forward to seeing how my experience grows, and how far the automation can go in saving us time.

Activepieces is an outstanding up-and-coming replacement for Make. With just a little more time and maturing, this team will build a true Make killer with the added flexibility of the Code piece and must easier key-value storage. I'm gradually moving all my workflows from Make to Activepieces.

Activepieces is enabling us to migrate from expensive SaaS automation services like Zapier and Make, and connect all our various systems - even self-hosted software. By early next year will will have migrated everything. The developers are active and dedicated to making the platform the best it can be. I personally also like the fact that the whole project is open source.

I'm really into automations. I rely on them for every parts of my business but I've got to say that Zapier is overly pricey for its offerings. That's where ActivePieces steps in – it's got an amazing user interface and user experience, plus it's open source with a bustling community... what more could one want?
Sure, at the moment you might still need to use Zapier as some integrations might not be there but I see a bright future for activepieces !
