Booking this routine annual service via the website was easy and we were kept informed of the engineer's expected arrival times. Jack was on time and, as always, cheerfully explained the tests and checks as he worked. Everything was left clean and tidy afterwards

First class service from the technicians who came to fit the new Worcester combi boiler. Cheerful, hard working, diligent, great attention to detail they were among the best I have encountered. Thorough testing, customer communication, great attention to cosmetic appearance as well as functionality. You won’t find this level of service anywhere else. They finished in a timely manner and left the place spotless.

I was messaged to inform me of the time the engineer was likely to arrive to service my boiler. He came well within that time. Explained everything he was checking and informed me of what might need attention at the next visit.
