ADDICT Established British Outerwear Since 1996 Opiniões

Item delivered within 3 days of ordering & quality of coat is superb

Great products and quick delivery. Very satisfied.

I've been a long time customer and the good people at Addict are still making hard wearing, inventive, well fitted street wear and STILL putting the best discounts on sale items. Also fast delivery and well packed. Much love from South Town Peace

I purchased with Addict more than once and I'm always very glad of the good quality of their products!

easy and happy !

Always qualitative and stylish things. This is good, but it so happens the ordered items are no longer available. Apparently the cause is failure to update the content. Also, it is sometimes a delay in response or delays in the return of funds, again, because of not timely updates of content. I believe that all this can be corrected. The verdict is generally five, for style, quality and individuality. Thank you!

Site is ignoring my messages, one parcel is lost(£100), can't get info about it, no contact or helping from them. shame on you Addict.

I've bought addict clothing since they started up. Love the stuff.

Always had a good experience with the site and service in general.

Bought a couple of hoodies out the sale. One of them had a fair bit of loose fabric around the seams. Not a big deal. It's still perfectly wearable. Just wondered if thats why it was in the sale.

VERY NICE. FROM RUSSIA

Order came quickly enough and the price was right. However, I wanted to add an item to my order, sent an email to the website, but no reply. Sole disappointment, but a big one.

Simple to order via website. Delivery 4 days later. Very happy.

I ordered a really nice cosy dark red hoodie at a bargain price. It arrived a day ahead of schedule which is always a bonus here in Italy! The hoodie itself is beautifully finished and will keep me toastie through the winter up here in the mountains!

Been using Addict.co.uk for over 5 years now, good quality clothes, nice design

The coat arrived in very quick time and is excellent

Item arrived on time and fitted perfectly, couldn't have asked for a better service.

I'm normaly pretty happy with Addict clothing. This time though shopping with them has been a disaster. I went online saw the item I wanted and purchased it as normal, I then received an email saying they didn't have the item in stock and I would be refunded within 5 working days. That was 10 days ago. I've just spoken to customer service and fond out it will be a further 3 days until I get my refund. Pretty poor service this time guys!

Hoodie arrived quickly, well packaged with clear returns instructions should they be needed. Clothing is of very good quality. Very impressed.

Have use the website for years and service is usually of a very high standard. With my latest order there was a product which was out of stock. I only learnt this when my order arrives with a note saying it was being refunded. Had they told me before shipping my order I would have chosen an alternative product

I bought my first Addict hoody in 2006, I've been a big fan of your clothes since then! High quality, contemporary design, great colours, keep it up Addict!

Everything fine but the shipping cost is a little bit high
