Bands were flimsy not strong at all and broke on first use.

Wrong reported order number. Reported package in Italy then with another order number in China. Tried to cancel order as it is apparent this is a scam. Told could not due to in transit. Still shows every other tracking in Italy then China. Now supposedly delivered after 3 weeks and they will not advise how to return for full credit.

I also ordered Rare Hosta Seeds that were supposedly from Ireland but mailed from the US. They didn't sprout and I emailed to get my money back. The highest they say they will return is $13 but I paid $55.54 total.It is a scam from China with agents in the US and other counrties. It has taken me this long since I tried various methods to get the seeds to sprout.

It’s a SCAM. Do not order from this company, because they will steal your money. I ordered some flower seeds for $39, but they charged me $51; they claimed it was a system error, which I don't believe. Suspecting a scam anyway, I canceled the order in accordance with their return policy, which stated that they would issue a full refund if the order was canceled before they processed and shipped the product. They replied to my email acknowledging the cancellation, but then shipped the order anyway (they said so, but I don't know if that is true because I haven't received anything yet) and refused to issue a refund, claiming it had already been sent. Also, the product advertisement claimed that it shipped from within the United States, which was false—it actually ships from China. If you call their customer service number (which has a Chinese area code), the call keeps dropping and never connects. Do not buy from them; it is a SCAM. I lost $51 and time doing claims.

Do not order from this company! Everything they promise, from the "fast refunds" to the "money-back guarantee" is a complete lie. When you receive your order, it even includes a paper stating: "after sales guaranteed we provide comprehensive after sale service ensuring customers have no worries." This couldn't be further from the truth. On March 1st, I purchased two bras for $43.97. They immediately tried to charge me $56.19. Only after I complained did they claim "additional charges were accidentally added" and reversed the overpayment. The products look nothing like the advertisements. They are cheap, poorly made, and don’t function as described. Their size guide is useless. Even after sizing down from a Large to a Medium, the item was still too big.
When I contacted their "24/7 customer after-sales support" and provided all requested photos of the packaging and labels, their response was insulting: "returns or exchanges aren’t feasible right now, might you consider passing the item to someone who could use it? As a gesture of goodwill, we’d like to offer compensation of $3 to make up for the inconvenience." What kind of "money-back guarantee" or "fast refund" policy is that? They refuse to stand by their product or their word. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
