Started off very well. But ive not spoken to a clinician since January. Appointments are meant to be every 3 weeks. 2 appointments have been cancelled and I was sent a questionnaire to fill in. 1 my clinician was off on holiday. But now ive been left with no medication. I was told I had to speak to my clinician. Ive rang nearly every day, emailed and told that someone will be in touch. But im just being ignored. Medication changed my life for the better. Now I am back to how I was but with the added stress of having to keep chasing. I rang numerous times last week to say I would run out of medication before my appointment. I was lied to. They said it would be sorted. It wasnt. Then my appointment was cancelled anyway. Ive rang and emailed most days and got nowhere. 5 days without medication. Very poor service. Its really stressful. Ive made an official complaint but they take 28 days to even look at that. Meanwhile im still without medication. Just being told I have to speak to a clinician. But they havnt sent me an appointment, no one rings back and cannot get connected to a clinician when I call.

Being 49 I had alot of questions and concerns, ADHD 360 have been fantastic all the way through, today I had my assessment with Andy Roberts. I was nervous about the assessment and Andy soon put me at ease, I felt that it was more of an informal chat rather than an assessment. I have now been diagnosed with ADHD and feel that if I have any questions of concerns I can contact ADHD 360. I would highly recommend using ADHD 360

Very friendly assessment and very fast

I had a great experience with Andy Roberts. He was professional, understanding, and really took the time to listen. The assessment was clear and thorough, and I felt supported throughout. I came away with a much better understanding of my ADHD. Highly recommend.

Amazing work

I have written a review before, and fair play to ADHD360, they personally contacted me and sorted out my problem. I had issues with my prescription, and had no resolution for a month, but the very understanding Katy got in contact and resolved everything with me.
Unfortunately, since then, I have experienced another issue as nothing was fixed permanently (and I was not made aware of future options to deal with this issue by myself).
I contacted Enquiries to figure this out properly, but I am experiencing significant delays in response times (days to get a reply) and I have been dealt with by two different people so far. The latter would be fine if they read the thread for context, as I understand many hands make light work, but the last email I received completely ignored everything I (and their colleague) said previously -- forcing me to reiterate everything, and once again leaving me frustrated and feeling unheard by ADHD360.
I initially had a wonderful experience with my assessing clinician, and as a result I have previously recommended ADHD360 to others, but I have since learned that getting any help beyond that is made to be a mammoth task.
I am unhappy with how disconnected I feel now that I am not being actively monitored, and it is disheartening from an otherwise good clinic.

Suzanne helped us to feel comfortable and at ease to open up about our situation and how we felt about ADHD. She is a kind and helpful person who made my daughter feel more understood and gave us hope.

Some of the initial forms were a bit of a challenge for me; it took me a while to get around to them, I am talking weeks. They could offer the option to go through the forms in a conversational way, or provide it as an additional service for those who really struggle with them. The assessment itself was surprisingly and pleasantly straightforward. I was expecting more drudgery after the assessment and before the titration. So very pleased, that wasn't the case.

I was so anxious leading up to my appointment and now I feel so validated and relieved to have been diagnosed, I am so excited about the future and feeling a bit better. My assessor was obviously very experienced and knowledgeable on the subject at hand and made me feel at ease very quickly.

My experience was lovely, Sarah Proctor, who assessed me was amazing. Very kind and helpful.

I feel a lot more confident in my future now and really appreciate this service!

I've just had my adhd assessment with Claire. she was really friendly, very supportive and explained everything really clearly to me using her own experiences which i appreciated. I feel a lot happier now she has explained what my symptoms and this diagnosis means, and how medication will help me. overall a really positive experience from someone who genuinely cares.

Despite the non-ND friendly registration process in regards to completing 10+ lengthy forms, the assessment itself was ND friendly and accommodating. The assessor was kind, respectful, understanding and made a comfortable environment in the online clinic.
