ADLEY&CLAYTON Opiniões

Amazing service! Would definitely use them again!

I recently hired Adley and Clayton for a one-time cleaning service, and I am extremely impressed with the quality of their work. The team arrived on time, equipped with all the necessary cleaning supplies, and got to work right away.

I was amazed at how efficiently they cleaned my entire house. They paid attention to detail and left no corner untouched. The bathrooms were sparkling clean, the floors were shining, and even the kitchen appliances looked brand new after their thorough cleaning.

What stood out to me the most was the professionalism and friendliness of the cleaning team. They were courteous, respectful of my space, and made sure to address any specific requests I had regarding the cleaning process.

I appreciate the dedication and hard work that Adley and Clayton put into making my home look and feel fresh. I will definitely be a returning customer and would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable and top-quality cleaning service.

I recently hired Adley and Clayton for a deep cleaning of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The team was professional, punctual, and did an exceptional job making my home sparkle.

From the initial contact to the completion of the service, the communication was clear and friendly. The cleaners were thorough, paying attention to every detail and ensuring that even the hard-to-reach spots were spotless.

Not only did they clean the surfaces, floors, and bathrooms meticulously, but they also went above and beyond by organizing and tidying up areas that needed attention. I was impressed by their dedication to providing top-notch service.

I highly recommend Adley and Clayton to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient cleaning service. I will definitely be using their services again in the future. Thank you for making my home shine!

We use Adley&Clayton as our recommended cleaner to tenants and have been for the past 10 years almost, they are always professional, efficient and all of their cleaners are trustworthy. We have never had a single tenant complain! The cleans always done to professional standard.

They are always quick to answer any questions we have and assist with booking cleans. Glad to be working with them!

I am very satisfied with this company. They do perfect cleanings.

We had a fantastic experience using this service.
We have used a number of cleaning companies in the past and have always had difficulties with them. This was an easy stress-free process.
Our cleaner Christine did the best job we have seen from any cleaner we've had and we hope to see her again for future cleans. She was on time and very thorough.
Thank you for the service. We will be using you again.

Hired this company for our end of tenancy cleaning. Unfortunately despite the 5-star reviews, we saw on Bark and Google we were sadly disappointed that the service did not meet our expectations.

I'll start with the good points, Bozhidar was very attentive and friendly when we requested a quote through Bark answered questions quickly and thoroughly. The cleaner was also early which was positive.

However, I had told Bozhidar that we didn't have any cleaning equipment and that the cleaners would need to bring their own. Unfortunately, the quality of the equipment that was brought by the cleaner was subpar. The mop was filthy which meant it didn't clean the floor properly and the vacuum was not powerful at all which meant that the floors were not able to be hoovered properly, the cleaner had to remove the vacuum head and just use the hose which was not effective to cover a decent carpeted area.

Attention to detail wasn't great, I had to point out several things that weren't done properly even though Bozhidar had shared a cleaning checklist it wasn't done to the standard I would have expected paying more than double for an "end of tenancy" clean when really this was just a normal cleaning job. Also, seemed like the cleaner was just in a rush to leave when I told her there were issues to fix she kept packing up as if to leave.

When Bozhidar asked how I thought the service was I explained the situation and he said he would get the cleaner to come back but to be honest it wouldn't have improved anything with the equipment being such poor quality it wasn't going to improve anything. After that, he didn't respond anymore obviously because I had paid for the service so in his mind it was probably fine to just to leave things as it was.

I paid the full price as agreed as I'm not one to go back in paying for a service however I feel pretty ripped off that for 4.5 hours of subpar cleaning that it cost me £170. In retrospect, I would have preferred to pay my normal cleaner this same rate knowing she would have done a better job.

Would not recommend this company for end of tenancy cleaning.
