Recevied a warm welcome and taken through the options available to me

First time I've hired a scooter at a big event and have to say it was a five star experience from start to finish.
The ease of the hiring process in advance and information provided was great.
On the day, the process for collecting the scooter and the instructions from the friendly staff were fast, helpful and efficient.
The scooter itself was easy to use, comfortable and coped brilliantly around the show ground all day.
Returning the scooter was again met with the fabulous staff who were once again so helpful and made the whole process so smooth.
Would definitely hire a scooter again - absolutely five star service - thank you so much.

Firstly I would like to apologise for the delay in writing this review but I have been moving home. I took my mum and auntie to the RHS flower show at Wentworth Woodhouse on Saturday 19th July and my mum was really struggling with her arthritic knees. It was going to be a very long walk back to where we parked the car and she wouldn’t be able to make it. I saw the Advanced mobility marquee and went to ask for their help. It was absolutely pouring down at this point and they welcomed us into the tent. I asked if my mum and auntie could wait there while I went to get my car, they said of course they could. I asked if anyone could drive me to the car park because of the weather and I would pay them. They didn’t hesitate and said that they wouldn’t accept any payment. They really were earth angels that day and saved us so much hassle. I will definitely hire one of their scooters for my mum next time! I highly recommend them. Thank you so much.
