Excellent service

What a relief to finally talk to someone who was efficient, easy to contact and knowledgeable. Daniel Manché was all of the above and more. Highly recommendable.

Megan was efficient

Megan was efficient, explained all the different addon and was not pushy she was courteous, respectful and professional at all times

Business transacted quickly and effectively

It was easy to get through to somebody who could help me. I found the lady I spoke to polite, friendly, helpful and professional. She took the time to check the details needed from me and go through procedures necessary to get done what I needed. I subsequently and promptly received documentation, which was swiftly amended, to correct a couple of details.

Excellent customer service

I had recently switched from Advance to a new insurer who asked me to provide proof of my No Claims Bonus. I spoke to Jessica in the customer service team who was able to forward me this document within an hour. Excellent service considering I was no longer a customer for Advance.
