If you have any issues with your experience, get it sorted there and then.

I raised a complaint to Customer Services about an awful experience at a concert. The response was very slow in coming and was inaccurate.

I queried this, as to all intents and purposes, my outstanding complaint still stands. All communications have been ignored to date. They just don’t seem to care very much.

I would advise that if anybody should have any issues whilst at this venue - get it sorted immediately.

Their terms and conditions state that they reserve the right to remove anybody who is spoiling the enjoyment of another. The stewards, supervisors etc are seemingly not aware of this.

Too expensive with extra fees.

Too expensive with extra fees.
Annoyed at having to download yet another app.
Ticket price was originally £37.
Fees - four separate charges - totted up to £11. Total - £48. So fees are nearly a third of the original ticket price.
Given that your customers are doing everything themselves, how does the venue justify these fees? .

Finally got through from the waiting…

Finally got through from the waiting area for Zach Bryan. Selected my tickets then it decided to time out and kick me out now back at the start absolutely useless. How can your sole purpose be to sell tickets for events and your site can’t even handle that. Awful.

Terrible experience of a show

What a disappointing experience of a show we had treated ourselves to for Christmas. We went to see Only Fools and Horses. Show itself very good but the venue was completely UNSUITABLE. We could barely see the actors because it’s not right for a theatre show (ok for comedy/music) as it’s huge and we were ridiculously far from the stage. But the worst thing was the venue thought it appropriate to leave the bar open throughout the performance. This meant a constant trail of drinkers trouping in and out and spectators taking at normal volume. I have never been to anything like it -so disrespectful to the actors. The man next to my husband vaped throughout the whole performance and was constantly on his phone. On the way in the security staff took drinks off everyone and we’re going to take food i had with me until I protested. I’ll never go back there.

Eventim Apollo London is a joke

This venue has zero regard for its patriots who have paid good money to be there. Its customer service and complaint handling is non existent. One guy was carried out of the show I was thrown out of (for taking one photo) and he claimed the security had bitten him. Avoid it, swerve the gig.

BST Summer time - year after year the same issues

Year after year the same issues. But no one gives a toss. Till this date, I am still not sure who actually stands behind BST. Is this AEG, the Royal Parks? Both. Either way, no one cares as long as the revenues are coming! My biggest issue, for years, is that you tolerate (again I cannot stress this often enough) year after year the sound issues - screens and sound out of sync. People pay premium prices but get a poor return. Nothing you would ever seen when going to the O2 or Wembley etc. Also, your BST app is not well designed and getting access to Ticketmaster tickets usually a nightmare!

Website hyperlinks link to wrong dates. By the time I got the correct link, the ticket had sold out. The support team did give me the correct link in the end, but not in time. And denies the site isn't working. Has same issue on 3 devices.

No Support and No Contact Numbers

It would nice if you offered support to your disabled customers and replied to your support ticket on 52239 over two weeks and no reply, just to let everyone know you can't ring AEG presents either so best to avoid

Traffic chaos at Blicking Hill

I just read that AEG presents said they had no complaints about the chaos at Blicking Hill in Norfolk last weekend so I thought I'd respond , we went to see Bryan Adams and waited 2 hours in traffic to get into the grounds , by the time we actually arrived we missed Feeder , we did not expect to miss half of the concert. Bryan Adams and his band were fantastic though .

AEG presents are really awful.

AEG presents are really awful.
They don’t even reply back to your emails. There is no customer service when there is an issue.
Avoid . We got complimentary tickets to Ed sheeran in Glasgow. Then they cancelled out tickets the night before and re sold them.

Worst customer service EVER!

Worst customer service EVER!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Impossible to get hold of anyone, sent multiple emails and messages on social media pages and they just don’t ever reply or respond. Not received any email confirmation for the tickets I purchased 2 months ago!! Shocking company!!

Dreadful Evening

Well where shall I start ??There are few things was not right but I ll only leave my review what really matters for Public Health.
Tonight I had 4 tickets to see Shen Yun Performing Art show in Apollo .The place was 98% full , was too hot and airless. There was not enough air circulation for amount of people.Just like myself people front of me also was not enjoying the show at all we were just gasping for air .When my daughter couldn't take it any more I explained the staff about the room temperature and no air to breath he also confirmed is hot and will fix it. In few minutes we felt a bit air coming through and I thought we will be ok.. But after 5 min has gone back how it was. So we had to leave the show because we couldn't take any longer. At the end of this experience I wasted £250 , We drove 1hr 45 min to get to London sweat and gasped for air.
