Aerialroutes Opiniões

This company have been excellent throughout our refund process. They have kept in touch both via the telephone and email. Sachin has been very patient and helped us the whole way. He never once promised anything that they couldn't deliver on. He always said it could take up to 9 weeks to get our money back and fortunately it was much quicker than that, but he always said that he didn't want to promise something that he couldn't deliver on. For one of the previous reviewers to say that they are robbers, is completely unfair, and they are probably just not giving these poor people the time that they need, to get the money back from the airline. People, please remember, so many people are claiming refunds from airlines because of this pandemic and the travel agents are literally stuck in the middle. They cannot release your money, until they have received it from the airline themselves. Give them time and be patient, and most of all be polite, they are doing their best.

Do not book with this company they are robbers

Thank you roger for making me get tickets at reasonable prices .....really looking forward to my trip...thanks roger

It was easy to book. No glitch. Very competitive price. Recommend.

My mum was stranded at JFK so I called Roger who got her a returned flight at a tight turn around. I am very grateful to him and his company for that. His mannerism was very polite and he was extremely helpful.

At first I was a bit skeptical as to why Aerial routes were able to give us a price for the four of us to the US $600 cheaper than most other websites. This also included a baggage allowance which everybody else wasn't including. However, my skepticism was unfounded.

We got an amazing deal with a great airline 'American Airlines' and Roger was really helpful and patient with all our questions from beginning to end. Will definitely be going to them in the future.

What a great pleasure to deal with a very professional lady done her upmost to help me meet my requirements I’ll definitely be dealing with her again she’s an absolute credit to the company she works for

Thanks to Mandy I have been able to get the flights organised. I spoke, however, to an unpleasant male manager once - thus only 4 stars.

It is always so easy to develop alternatives and establish the cheapest and best means of travel through Aerialroutes. Thank you Ashley for your excellent service.

A BIG thank you to Roger for helping me organise my flights to USA, very efficient and reassuring. No doubt I will be contacting him again for my future travels.

Such helpful service and the cheapest ticket across all the websites I searched. I will definitely recommend Mandy to all my friends who want to travel.

I spoke with a lovely gentleman called Roger. He was very courteous, kind and professional in his approach and dealing with my enquiry. He took his time to explain very carefully so that I fully understood the details. As far as I am concerned he had my best interest at heart.
I rang and spoke with Roger on a number of occasions and every time I spoke with him he conducted himself professionally and spoke to me with the upmost respect.

At first I was afraid to buy the ticket at this company, but Mandy was firm, very patient. Excellent professional.
Always available for any questions.
Thank you
