My whole aerial career i dreamt of owning my own rig, being able to have that experience of running into your backyard while the sun sets and do the art that makes you happy. As i perused my aerial at a studio and grew as an aerialist i was shocked when Aerials Australia followed me on instagram, a company that i had raved about for years. I made 3 power points to convince my parents to buy me a rig and the answer was always “no it’s too big”. Every Christmas and Birthday i wished a shiny rig would be waiting for me, but of course for about 5 years that never happened. I got amazing gifts but my dream still hadn’t come true, that was until when i was 14 on Christmas morning! I came downstairs to a big box under the tree, i was immediately suspicious but didn’t want to get my hopes up due to how the last few years had played out. Eventually I opened the wrapping paper and saw the big beautiful ’Aerials Australia’ logo, when i looked up i saw my mum wheeling in a shiny lyra. I immediately burst into tears and hugged my parents. I ambitiously ran to the garden dragging the box and set it up with the help of my beautiful loving family. Aerials Australia has given me the gift of being able to peruse my dreams in the comfort of my own home. My parents said one of the major components that made them chose Aerials Australia was the size being great. The rigging is strong, sturdy and easily adjustable. I practice on my rig every day and even my friends come and give it a try now and then. Thank you Aerials Australia for helping me having a Christmas I’ll never forget!!

I placed an order, and after so many texts and emails i have not received any details or tracking details.
I am regularly checking my emails and texts just in case you may have replied or given me any information, I have ordered from this company before but i am beginning to think i have been scammed.

Worst customer service ever!!
After placing an order on Aerial equipment australia (same abn as you Current details for ABN 58 629 280 511) I have recieved no shipping details. If I log on to the website I can see that my order number #33894 says that is completed but I have recieved no tracking or shipping details (I have checked my junk mail). I have emailed you on both your aerials australia site and you Aerial equipment site but had no response, I have messaged you on instagram and face book - no response. I only live 20 min from Coolum so would be more than happy to come and pick it up. I have also text messaged the number I could find. I have genuinly spent hours looking for details thinking that I had been scammed and it was a fake website. Please contact me ASAP.

Revolting customer service!!! Ordered on Sept 24 - said 5-10 days. Received an email saying it had been shipped but tracking info was missing. Hwve emailed, insta messaged, FB messged, texted both numbers, called both numbers (says call failed). Have added comments to insta and FB posts. they opened one insta message and ignored. ZERO RESPONSE. Have a very very upset 13 year old who used her birthday money to purchase a hammock. $180 gone by the sounds of it. Next call is to Consumer Affairs.

My Equipment arrived a little later than anticipated with a broken piece. The team responded quickly to my enquiries even though I had to fix the issue externally due to time constraints. In hindsight, I should have allowed more time for shipping but now that the issues are fixed I am happy with the product and the communication from the company.

I ordered an aerial hoop with one tab, and a swivel + 2 caribiners. The hardware was good quality and the Lyra was fairly good, a decent weight, but it would be nice if they had a variety of choices like hollow, solid and semo hollow (I couldn't find this info online).

The only issue with the lyra is the tab being incredibly shard on the edges, meaning it takes all the skin off your back in certain tricks, and can make things far more painful. I have used hoops in the past with rounded edges of the tab which made for a far more comfortable experience overall.

Aditionally, the safety certificates were not sent to me until I enquired. Not sure if this was a mistake, but I would suggest to send them out with all purchases.

Overall good hardware, fairly alright hoop. Hasnt let me fall out of the sky yet! (what more can you ask?)

Excellent website for instructions on how to hang silk and hammock. Great range of silk colours. High quality materials for silk and fixings. Great customer experience all round.

My silks are beautiful and have maintained their colour!

It seems to be absolutely *impossible* to communicate with this company.
Spending almost $800 and feeling like I'm being ignored is so anxiety inducing.
This appears to be the only way anyone is getting a response.
The number listed cuts out before it even rings, two different email addresses and no reply, tried insta 20 minutes after they posted a story there.. nothing.
It says my order is shipped with Australia Post so all I want is a tracking number to know when to keep an eye out for a delivery as I've had some bad experiences with parcels.
I will update this if I get some customer service or my orders, but right now I'm wishing I'd gone elsewhere to feel like it was a safer purchase.

I wish I could update this to be an improved experience, dropping a bad review here was the only way I got my first tracking number - a day or two before it arrived.
The lyra is beautiful and I love it, but I'm still left stressing about no response to my silks tracking separately through Toll when I'm leaving the state for a week on Friday and have no way to know when to expect the silks to be left at the front door.
If the customer service and communication wasn't as terrible as it is, I'd be recommending AA, but as it stands I wouldn't do this again as it's had me stressed out and constantly refreshing my emails hoping for some response.
I just want a tracking update after spending all this money, I don't need anything complex or time consuming, just an update that I was told I'd get :(

The company went above and beyond to help me get an aerial silk rig for my wife. Anne and Steven were absolutely amazing. I had a n issue with my browser using their site. I emailed them, they called me the next day and we placed the order right over the phone. Most sites would have given a list of things to do, but they just got the job done!!!

I have no idea when order is going to be sent, placed order a week ago. I have sent and email and text to follow up and nothing

Initially we had some issues with getting in contact with Aerials Australia which fortunately was resolved through using Trustpilot to get hold of them. The tracking number indicates that the product will arrive shortly and we are excited to test it out.

Ordered a lyra for Christmas, the team were quick to send out and came a few days later. My daughter is stoked. Thanks guys.

I placed an order roughly 3 weeks before Christmas and have not received my item or had an email saying it has been sent. I have emailed them and had no reply. This was a present for my daughter 🙁

Over ten days now
Contacted by all communications listed with no reply
Scam ? Seems like it absolutely ridiculous will be blasting them on this until I get my money back
