Megan from the Nashville branch was the absolute best representative I could’ve hoped for. She was knowledgeable, helpful supportive. She made me feel safe and secure, providing my identity credentials. I asked if I could call and speak with her directly anytime I have questions or concerns and she insisted! This process was easy, painless, and informative!
