I highly recommend that no one uses this company. They are a scam artist and a thief. I had a loan with him. I paid off the loan in full and then I checked my bank statement and they charged me three times to pay it in full for the same amount, it was supposed to be $397 but then I got my bank statement. That charge was on three different times to pay this amount in full, which was only supposed to be charged once I have been arguing with this company ever since they are taking their sweet time to refund me my money I even sent the bank statements to prove I was charged three times and they are just taking their sweet time if you need any kind of loan or anything do not go to this company unless you want to be charged extra charge three times or more or tuck in for advantage I’m telling you you get the runaround every time you call no one gives you the same exact answer they act like they don’t know what they’re doing your car talk to one they’ll say I’ll do this so you can’t talk to the other they say that was never done. I am fixing to get a lawyer and seek legal remedies against this company for stealing money out of my account. I did not authorize.

Horrible company had a revolving loan for over a year paid on time never late. Paid off my loan now they say my bank which I was using for over a year kind you had to many people defaulting on the loan. If I owned a business I would want my better quality customers to stick around. Will never advise anyone to work with this company

Beware of this company they created a fraudulent address and used my name to be a compliance with the state that they supposed to be working in I live in the state of Georgia they do not have license to work in this state they have been trying to collect money from me for months using a fraudulent address I have contacted my bank to put a stop to these fraudulent people

I am so sorry that I ever applied and got approved but I was in a dire need and of course never really read all the fine lines. I have always made my payments but it seem my principal just never gets lower and my payoff balance always gets higher, I have read other reviews and I wish I would have read before getting this loan shark loan. I paid in back in the more than $15 k on a $3000 balance I wish there was a way to get out from under them but I just can not come up with the payoff so I am basically stuck and even when I pay extra to the principal it doesnt seem to make a difference. Stuck in hell.

I had a very frustrating experience with Advance Financial. I borrowed a total of $4,385, and after making several payments from my bank account, including $236.13 on January 9, 2026, $364.45 on January 23, 2026, $387.45 on February 5, 2026, and $379.21 on February 20, 2026, for a total of $1,367.24 paid to date., I noticed that very little of what I paid was actually going toward reducing the principal balance due to the extremely high interest and fee structure.

When I realized this, I contacted their customer service department to try to work out a solution. I explained the situation and asked if there was any way to lower my payment or restructure the loan so that more of my payment would go toward reducing the principal. I was hoping for some type of hardship option or reasonable repayment arrangement because I do not want to default or have negative credit on my report.

Unfortunately, the only option they offered was for me to increase my monthly payment if I wanted the principal balance to go down faster. In other words, the only “solution” provided was to pay even more money. There was no flexibility, no attempt to work with the customer, and no meaningful assistance offered.

The way the loan is structured makes it extremely difficult to make real progress on the balance, and the lack of willingness to work with customers who reach out for help is very concerning. Consumers should be extremely cautious before borrowing under these terms, because what may seem like short-term help can quickly become a very expensive and difficult cycle.

Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to fully understand the total cost and repayment structure before using this service.

24/7 is not a good business to get money. Once they have your card info, they will take payments are there pleasure. They took (3) payments in two days from me which cause other problems paying my bills.

This place charges 300% sometimes 500%+ for their loans. That’s 🤪. This is a complete rip off! Stay away!
