À nous avons passé le 1 er checkpoint à 08:16 en étant arrivées à 07:30, le deuxième point de contrôle a été renforcé à 09:40 mais nous sommes arrivées au quai d’embarquement et avons trouvé barrière baissées et vu partir le bateau. Je pense que le personnel anglais du deuxième Check point s’avaient pertinemment que nous allions rater le bateau et nous n’avons aucun information ni au chekpoint ni à notre arrivée au quai, je travaille dans la relation client, votre qualité de service est nulle , j attends des nouvelles de po retirés et espère bien un dédommagement

It’s not useful to give all the crossings if you tick the box oneway. And it feels strange if you don’t get a ticket, but just an e-mail. I made changes but they don’t show up in your booking. So you only have an amendement confirmation by e-mail. But it worked out well.

The booking was fine, but the boarding was chaotic and very stressful. We arrived at the port at 13:10 for the 15:00 departure. We were queueing until 14:00 before we were seem. We were then told we were booked on the 17:15 boat, but could "maybe make the 15:00 boat if we hurried". That was a joke. There was no hurrying. We were queueing at every border check and then before we could even get near our boarding lane. We were one of the last cars who were allowed on the 15:00 boat. There seemed to be no reason for this chaos. I've never encountered anything like this with any other ferry company. Once aboard the crossing was fine, but we won't use this service again if we can help it.

Super, fijne overtocht. Alles ging voorspoedig, van inchecken tot moment van aankomen. Catering: iets te veel navolging vliegtuig eten, maar dat kan ook aan ons liggen
