The griddle is so versatile. It works great on Aga hot plate and on induction hob. Cooks food evenly, is a good size, is easily cleaned and is sturdy without being too heavy.

Although designed for the induction hob on an Aga, the griddle did not heat evenly. This might be the hob's fault, but either way there is a problem

It is solid and sits on the hob or oven bottom perfectly. The two handles make it very easy to move with oven gloves. And of course it cooks beautifully fast and with those attractive stripes.
