Wardrobes ordered from this company , customer service was excellent via what’s app .Wardrobes arrived (before expected date we were able to change to a date that suited us ) flat pack we paid for them to be build in the bedroom , the men did a fabulous job and were so quick .worth the extra money, I promise you !! We could not fault our experience with the company or the fitters. I am not a person to recommend a company but in this case I have to make an exception . Well done done AH Interiors Nelson Ltd .😊

We purchased two wardrobes from ah interiors and it was 5 star all the way.
They kept us informed all the way through as they were from Germany.
The delivery guys were excellent.
Every part arrived undamaged and we are so very pleased.
Ah interiors sold our wardrobes a lot cheaper than other furniture stores but that didn't mean a less superior experience.

APPALLING and second rate
We ordered furniture from AH and our journey has been so stressful. Part of our furniture never arrived and had to be cancelled weeks after it was ordered. When the other furniture was finally delivered it was assembled wrong so we had to get them back to re assemble it.One piece of furniture was faulty and had to be replaced but after several debates. On top of all this, 12 months later, two of the chairs we bought have developed a fault. AH are soooo specialised that they can decide that there is nothing wrong with them and one of them has a worn cushion ( which it definitely HAS NOT) by three photographs sent from a mobile phone. If you are up for a challenge then do buy from AH

Ordered the Denver grey marble dining table with 6 lion knocker back chairs, only able to view product on line so initially a little concerned. Product delivered Monday 31-Jan and it did not disappoint, paid the extra £70 ish pounds for assembly and this was well worth it. The team of two turned up when they said they would assembled the table and chairs and put them in place in the dining room (shoes off as cream carpet in dining room), all packaging removed and taken away, the two guys were brilliant, based on this experience I would definitely recommend AH Interiors.

You can tell just how good a company are, when things go wrong.

We ordered the Stuttgart range bedroom furniture (Alpine white /grey). Lovely range. As it’s difficult to gauge true likeness of pictures in the website, I had the company email actual built wardrobes from the store, I’m so pleased I did as the grey is a lot lighter than what is pictured, but still amazing with our decor. They were delivered within the agreed timescales.

Unfortunately we were out of the area, so the shop were unable to offer the assembly service. They did, however, offer the courier company assembly service; we felt was a good viable option for a total solution.

The assembly service was nearly 4 hours, only two items were built (wardrobes, chest of drawers) bedside table was faulty. The furniture was built upside down and back to front and left in that state!

I spoke to Jav / Sonny at A H Interiors. Wow! Fantastic customer service. I felt that it was not viable from an aesthetic point of view or safety for the furniture to be rebuilt. Without any fuss new furniture reordered and delivered very quickly. We arranged our own assembly service and all was perfect. The company were extremely apologetic. It wasn’t the company’s fault things went wrong, but they took responsibility for it. Absolutely fantastic company to deal with - highly recommended.

I am giving 4 stars because there was a hiccup in beginning, in regards to workmen coming, otherwise it would have been 5 stars without a doubt. When the 2 workmen came, they were very friendly and did the job within an hour. The wardrobe looks beautiful and they cleaned up after themselves. I woukd recommend this company to family and friends.

Fantastic company to deal with, from start to finish the customer service second to none, delivery very prompt. Never in a long time have I had such good service and the item I bought was over a £100 more in price at at local furniture retailer. I would highly recommend any one to buy from this lovely family run company, for quality, price and excellent customer service. Massive thanks again.

Great selection of products. We wanted a full makeover and found AH Interiors exceeded all our expectations! They helped us with designing, had a great range of products to chose from (furniture and flooring) and most importantly the best prices around. Best of all though was the fantastic customer service they provided, throughout the entire process. Great people and a great company and I would fully recommend everyone to use them.
I’ve even bought online from them and the experience was equally as comfortable with excellent phone support. I’d give 10 stars if that was an option!

Excellent quality I have had my bedroom furniture for 17 years and still looks really nice. Top quality. Whether it’s furniture or carpets AH have the best quality and the price is great too. Great friendly customer service and the professional fitters.
