Do not buy from the website - it's a fake. It'll take your money but no goods will be delivered.

I ordered a hair clip which has not been delivered over 6 weeks later, no response to multiple emails. Scam website.

DO NOT USE. I ordered a necklace online and they never dispatched it. I have contacted them multiple times and they have not responded to me. They’ve taken my money and I can see they’ve done this to other people too. I’ve reported to trading standards as this is fraud.

I ordered an item for my wife which she was so excited about because she lost a ring and I bought it for her again. The item never arrived, I emailed them to ask for an update but they never responded. Do not buy from them.

My sister and I stumbled across the lovely independent shop. We bought a beautiful, necklace, jacket, earrings and a few other items. The young woman in the shop was really friendly and helpful. We did have a small problem with one of the items, however, Chris has been amazing and sorted the problem immediately. I would definitely recommend.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at this Ahkeke store in London that I feel compelled to share. My son kindly bought me a sweater from this store, but due to a skin condition, I was unable to wear it. Living out of the country, I returned the sweater the very next day, hoping to resolve the issue quickly.
However, the customer service I received was far from satisfactory. The sales associate refused to call the manager to discuss my situation, which left me feeling unheard and frustrated. I was advised to write to the store, and although I was issued a credit, I have yet to receive any follow-up or response from anyone.
It’s disheartening to see a store that seems to lack genuine care for its customers and their needs. It’s clear that quality customer service and garment quality are not priorities for this establishment. I hope my experience serves as a cautionary tale for others considering a purchase here.
The sweaters are honestly awful and have synthetic nylon in them.

The service was pleasant, lots of nice jewelery and clothes. would recommend 10/10!!

The owner buys accessories worth 30CNY (3GBP) and sells them in her shop for 30GBP. Ridiculous.

The shop is so cute and chic, I love the clothing and other products, good quality and comfortable. The prices are so suted for the quality and hard work that gose into her work, 10000% recommend.The environment is nice around the area. the designer is so talented and can't wait to see many more designs from her (looking forward ✨️).

Ordered a few items from the website as the funder was an influencer and I was a fan of her. It turned out she was treating her staff super unfairly (underpay, too many hours, most importantly, no employment contract), and although she claims she was the designer, all the clothes were designed by her 'assistant'. I tried to return the purchase but I never got a reply back. Really disgusted..
