Great communication from Dan when I messaged him ref frayed and sticking seat belt on my vw Golf mk7.
I was a bit apprehensive about posting, sent via registered post and 4 days lated was returned and repaired perfectly.
VW wanted £650 (plus fitting) as badly frayed belt is now mot fail. Alternatively I thought about scrapyard but might have dodgy past, so repair seemed sensible choice. So money I saved paid at least half of my Tenereffe holiday!

A really trust worthy business with helpful, friendly people who went out of their way to make sure I got a good seatbelt after the dog ate one! Dan went out of his way to make sure my delivery arrived. And it was £370 less than the garage!

Second time using Airbag Team LTD and same prompt and professional service.
I didn’t want to take a chance with a used seatbelt or pay the exorbitant price for a new one from the main dealer, so an ideal compromise.
As before coms are a bit thin, but a quick turn around probably makes that moot…

Had a couple of my seatbelts for one of my cars in for a colour change. Customer service was very helpful with any questions I had, all the staff here are friendly and knowledgeable, and the work was completed quicker than I expected.

Had a problem with the dog having a nibble on the seatbelt, and needed replacement due to upcoming MOT.
Identical part sourced, and sent.
Had a technical issue and Dan was quick to follow up with phone call. Excellent and friendly service.

Excellent service and advice. Very friendly. I saved myself £550 not having to buy a new seat belt for my Golf GTD. I managed to fit it myself with help from Sam and his instruction video.

I was a bit dubious of ordering this part online as I'd had very poor service from another company previously. However Airbag Team assured me that I would receive the correct part in fully working order. Their service is quick and represents excellent value, with clear and timely notifications when items are received and despatched for return.

They must have saved our customers literal thousands of pounds by avoiding having to buy new seatbelts direct from their vehicle manufacturer.

Every seat belt we have entrusted to them has been returned to us working and clean and with the replacement straps in a colour match to the original webbing.

Repaired and sent me back my seatbelts for a great price compared to buying or sourcing new or used ones. Fast turnaround and delivery, used many times over the years, great service and team.
