Shirley was fabulous. She directed me on how to proceed when I had a problem with receiving my mask. She gave me helpful information to let me know what to expect and when I would probably receive my product. She gave me options that were also helpful. I appreciated her attention and her quick replies. It was a nice experience. I love the masks I've bought and intend to buy more.

This company promised they would redesign thier partical vented mask for covid and release them after the 1st of the year. Basically after they sell OUT the vented masks. They say they made caps for the vents but only the wearers know this. People will argue with you about the vents. We know we own them.
And AIRLINES WILL NOT LET YOU ON THE PLANE. VENT CAPS OR NOT.

Please check your filters before you use them. Airinum manufactured a batch of filters with sizeable holes in them that are near the valve area (or in one case was in the middle of the filter). These holes compromise the integrity of the mask. When I contacted Airinum customer service, they confirmed there was a manufacturing defect and then sent me a replacement box. The replacement box was from the same batch and has holes in it also! When I contacted them immediately after opening the replacement filter pack, I got a response from someone who clearly did not read my email and generated a long response explaining that the valves are supposed to be there (ignoring the photos I sent which show holes NEXT to/AROUND the valves and have nothing to do with the valves themselves). Considering that I had to pay a $30 shipping after their website said free shipping and the cost of these masks is steep (along with their lofty claims that these are as good or better than N95 masks), the filters should be perfect. Update: Airinum now states that the holes are "transparent" and normal, completely ignoring the fact that I can literally blow air through them, thus increasing the risk of COVID infection (or air pollution being inhaled). This is shocking considering that they earlier confirmed a manufacturing defect. I have filters from another company that are similarly made that have no holes or integrity issues. I cannot recommend Airinum and feel completely stupid that I purchased masks for my family from here. Edit: Even though the company thinks sending more filters from the defective batch with the exact same defect is "customer satisfaction," it is not. I have just given up and am using my AusAir masks instead for the time being.

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. We placed an order for four masks (two adults, two teens) in May with the pre-orders. I paid at the time of ordering and everything went EXACTLY the way the company said it would on their site. We received our order at the beginning of September (California) and followed the very clear instructions on how to tape the vents closed so that we could use them during pandemic. I placed another order in October for more filters and vent plugs for all four of our masks and we received this order mid-December. I paid again at the time of ordering and again everything went EXACTLY the way the company said it would. Their site and email correspondence has been very clear about what to expect, possible delays and timeline. I read everything very carefully and based on my experience of two orders I have zero complaints. Sure, delivery took a while. Things are a bit crazy right now everywhere. But I never felt the company was dishonest or doing anything other than the best they could considering the circumstances. I hope negative reviews do not deter those seriously considering these masks. For our family, it was a lot to spend on masks. But, we’re all very happy with the decision to purchase these and would do it again gladly. These masks are amazing and we are more relaxed knowing we’ve got them on when we need to go out and be around others.

Took some time for the delivery, but they were frank about it even when I bought it. I therfore knew it was going to take some months.
I’ve purchased 4 masks, for myself and the family. Good customer service, which I had to use, for a change in my order. Fast and polite answer and problem was solved quickly. The quality is good and for a glasses wearer I can pleasantly confirm that the mask doesn't fog up my glasses. If you are wearing it with the normal valve caps (included). Actually everything is included. Neck strap, valve cap set, exhalation valve stopper set, 2 pieces of filters and the mask of course. The wares comes in a very nice package and feels premium. My goods was delivered with DHL which has never disappointed.

ich habe mir eine Urban Air Mask 2.0 und ein Filterpack Anfang Oktober bestellt. Gestern wurde die Maske geliefert. Die Wartezeit war erträglich und wurde seitens Airinum auch gut kommuniziert.
Die Qualität ist top. Der Ablauf insgesamt war super und DHL hat innerhalb von 24 Stunden geliefert.👍

Update: we have still only received part of the payment promised by Airnoum. They claim the bank must have withheld some of the payment as an international charge. This company has been awful- the goods were delayed by months, my Dad who had ordered them died whilst waiting but they still wouldn’t let us cancel the order. They changed their shipping method so we had to pay additional taxes which they said would be refunded and we still haven’t received the full amount. Awful customer service and company.
Awful. My father placed an order for masks in May. Unfortunately he subsequently caught COVID 19 and died at the end of July. The masks did not arrive until the end of September. We were not allowed to cancel the order - in addition the order incurred an additional tax charge from Fed. Ex . We have now been told that they cant repay the additional taxes incurred as my fathers. bank accounts have been closed so we don't have the original cards or PayPal account.

The Airinium customer service team (especially Elena) has been exceptional. I placed a pre order in Q2 2020 after being on the waiting list. I was so excited when I got the shipping notification in September! But, since I’d placed the order, they could no longer ship to me from within Europe which resulted in huge issues with Portuguese customs and the eventual rejection of my shipment. The customer service team were in contact throughout the process and were so apologetic and kind. They even managed to find another solution to get the masks to me from within Europe. I am happy to say this is the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. As a small business owner myself I know the value of these interactions and have deeply appreciated their honesty and resolve in finding a resolution for me to get my masks. Thank you so much Elena and the Airinium customer service team!

Contacted the company, which essentially said for another $90 they would supply vent caps to correct the defect. No more money from me, I've been scammed. And they timed the delayed from purchase to delivery so the credit card charge can't be disputed, so I'm out $300.
You are allowed to use your brain before buying. A website that is only on English, Vietnam, Chinese language??? And it's a Swedish company, not even on Danish.

I ordered 3 masks for the family - all very disappointing and not worth the hype or money at all Trying to return filters etc. Paid £32 extra for Customs Duty. Ordered March received very very late September 20. Nightmare process. Avoid at all costs.

I love the mask I got back in January. But I put my email down to order filters and some masks. I was told the email was sent and then another was to be sent August or September for pre-order. I still haven’t got an email with a code to place my order. I really don’t want to order any other mask. If you can send me a. Email with a code to place my order I will really appreciate.

The filters are good. Also the service came through on time. I seen alot of comments are instagram of people not getting their's. I know all of you people are working hard to get through the pandemic. So many people don't have patience but you workers know what's best to get those masks on time. Good luck 👍 a future awaits.

My e-mails were always replied within 2 days, if not sooner, and the product is amazing!!!
Wearing it in hot temperatures, it feels just so light to wear and almost not noticeable.

I pre-ordered my mask and replacement filters in May and got it last week. The mask is very comfortable, at last I can breathe normally while wearing my protection. Moreover, it looks nice, what is important as well ;) Due to the changes in shipping origin, I had to pay VAT (European customer), but I got the full VAT amount refunded by AIRINUM. Summarizing, I can assume: both quality and service are worth the wait!
Having placed an order for two Airinum Urban Air 2.0s back in May 2020, the company held my money hostage for FOUR MONTHS before shipping them.
I asked for a refund about two months in, but they simply ignored my requests. Their policy is simply to withhold your money while they make the masks and you get them when it suits them.
When they arrived, I was absolutely horrified to have paid hundreds of dollars for the shoddy, poor-quality masks I received. The materials are subpar, they break VERY easily and the filters don’t fit the masks.
There is a class action lawsuit pending against this company for these exact reasons, and I urge you to avoid purchasing anything from them. It’s a Ponzi scheme that seeks to capitalise on the insecurities of people who simply wish to stay safe during the coronavirus pandemic. Nothing more.
An X-mask will be just as good as an Airinum mask. I would never be as stupid as to buy anything from this company again.
