Easy to book in, perfect room at an excellent price. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the restaurant as it was my daughter's 21st birthday and enjoyed a few hours sleep before leaving the hotel at 4 am for an early morning flight. good transfers from the hotel and next time I will use them for parking too!

We were very satisfied with every part of our stay from the moment we arrived to our return from holiday to collect our car. We had free parking, two good meals, a comfortable bed with all facilities including a reliable early morning call all at a price you'd expect to pay for a room so close to Heathrow.

Great location for airport and buses regular only thing was the food was very expensive and no option for alternative as no other restaurants close by .

Great location for Liverpool airport, literally across the road! Secure and very reasonably priced overnight stay. Takes all the hassle of travelling to your airport. Simply wake up after a lovely nights sleep in a very nice room, enjoy your buffet breakfast ( and we had to have ours at 5am) and meander over to the airport. Staff friendly and helpful and texts sent to you prior to your stay. What can I say other than an enjoyable experience and a great start to your hols. We will definately stay over again at your airport hotel. Thanks x

Comfortable clean rooms and polite, friendly staff

As we live in North East Scotland, we did not know the Manchester area very well at all. When booking our hotel for the night before our flight we were not informed that our "airport hotel and parking" was infact 40 mins drive from the airport, especially when you do not know where you are going. The hotel itself was very basic but we just needed somewhere to lay our heads before our flight the next morning. The hassle came on the return journey to Manchester when after travelling for 9 hours we called for our transfer to be told we would have to wait another 45 mins until we could get the lift we had paid for. Seeing as we had an 8 hour journey ahead of us and it was already 2315 we were forced to pay to get a taxi back to our car! We definitely would not recommend this service and we certainly wont be using the Britannia again!!!!

I booked the hotel because I wanted to know that my car was in the carpark and not taken miles away. The room was adequate and the staff friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my dinner which was a surprise - it was very well cooked. My taxi to the airport arrived promptly at 5.00 am. I booked another room for my return as I was landing too late for me to drive home. When my return flight was delayed by 28 hours, I was forced to cancel the room and obviously incurred parking costs. The taxi driver honoured my complimentary ticket and the hotel waived the additional charges - another surprise! I will definitely book there again when I fly from Manchester.

The hotel is in need of a bit of redecoration inside and a tidy up outside, but the room was fine and all the staff were very helpful, polite & friendly. Food in the restaurant was excellent. We stayed the night before we flew out from Gatwick and were able to leave our car at the hotel for the week. We will definitely use them again if flying from Gatwick.

When we arrived at the Hotel at 3pm we were asked if we would have a double room, as they had no clean twin rooms at the moment. For reasons I do not wish to discuss I said No. They therefore said that they would upgrade us and make up another bed.
When we left the lift on the 3rd floor we were met with dust and rubbish, in fact it looked like this floor had not been cleaned for weeks. When we went down the corridor it was full of left over trays of room service and bottles, and a laundry cart that looked like it had be blown up. When we got to our room there was bottles and rubbish outside. When we entered it was "ok" but not a standard that a Hilton usually gives. On looking around the bathroom seemed clean and so did the bedding so as we were only staying 1 night we thought it will do. We then left and went to meet some friends who were staying at the Premier Inn, what a shock this hotel was spotless, we went in the rooms and well I wanted to be there. Anyway after a meal and about 3 hours later we returned this being about 7pm. Still all the same when we left, same rubbish, food and bottles in corridor, and No bed made up. I therefore called Reception who said sorry they would get someone to come. Due to not wanting to drink out of the cups as they looked rinsed not washed, we decided to go for coffee. When we returned about an hour later, it was to all the same rubbish even outside our door, the Sofa bed had been thrown up, yes thrown. Now I cannot understand how an employee can walk down the same corridor and past all the rubbish and do nothing about it (Or maybe they came through the dirty net curtains that tried to cover the window)
Anyway we had to leave at 4.15am the next day so decided to just get on with it and get some sleep. Well that was not going to happen as what I think must have been a party started up. Doors slammed, people shouting and cigarette smoke coming under the door all night. (It was a No Smoking Corridor) or so it said. Well we got no sleep and got up to leave at 3.30am when I think the last door had slammed. Did we get put in the staff quarters we asked ourself. I Have stayed in this Hotel previously, but my usual hotel is the Crowne Plazza (100% better than this one) I would never stay in The Hilton Manchester Airport again and it has put me off any Hiltons. In fact I would rather stay at the Premier Inn. I did mention on leaving the smoke and noise to reception who were very nice and said that I should have called and they would have sorted the problem. I dont think that I should be the one to tell them about the food, rubbish and bottles it should just be a standard checklist. I hope you pass this on to the Hilton Group as I would like to understand why this hotel is like this. I have not sent any letters as just back from my holiday and really could'nt be bothered.

We stayed in the hotel the night before going on holiday as we had a very early start. The facilities were good. Our evening meal was adequate - could have been better - pricy for what it was but it is what we anticipated as we had stayed at the hotel before.
In spite of the food, we enjoyed our evening and would stay there again

Having chosen what appeared to be a very nice hotel for our overnight stay we were disappointed to find our room looked nothing like the lovely rooms on the internet booking site. However we are only going to be there for one night & settled down to sleep in our tiny room only to hear the constant noise of people arriving & leaving. Eventually got to sleep only to be woken by the fire alarm. False alarm: the alarms are very sensitive & are set off by the showers. Again finally get to sleep to be woken again by another false fire alarm. Give up sleeping; what's the point! We have to leave the hotel earlier anyway than we had expected because the transfers are so infrequent during the night that we were afraid we would miss the mini bus & maybe not be able to get another one.
On arrival back the whole transfer system to return us to the hotel was a total farse with people waiting who were due to be transfered an hour before still waiting. To add to the misery when we dad get our mini bus the driver complained all the way back as to how badly the whole system worked.

Good booking system, efficient check in and out at Reception. Excellent room and bathroom. Really pleased with the bar and restaurant areas, enjoyed a good evening meal and a few drinks. Just a shame the beds were so uncomfortable.

The Crowne Plaza hotel & parking package combined with the Hopper shuttle bus and is the best & most convenient way to deal going for a Heathrow flight. Book it & you will not be disappointed.

we arrived and checked in at the normandy hotel glasgow airport from the check in to parking the car everthing was spot on the staff were very friendly and the rooms were spotless clean we chilled at night at the bar which we found to be very reasonable we also had a light snack which was also very good all in all we could not fault anything
