Dear Jack, I am shocked to hear this, as we would not knowingly misquote a booking by £80.00. Can you please email bookings@airportcars-gatwick.com with the date of your journey, the pick up and drop off address and the mobile number used to make the booking and we will investigate fully.
Very good service
Very good service. I had my elderly parents with me and the driver was very helpful and friendly all the way. Car was very comfortable, and the drive was smooth. At Gatwick South terminal arrivals, just follow the signs to the taxi area, and your pre-booked driver will be there.

My experience on whole was excellent my driver was cheery and professional… unfortunately the first person I spoke to ( not the nice young man who made my booking) was surely and dismissive this bought my over experience down a bit but generally very happy.

Literally ordered cab and the driver was there so no waiting. £34 for a 10 minute journey is a bit expensive but when you wonna get home after a flight you just pay it.
