Excellent service yesterday and again this morning following a chaotic experience due to flight cancellation related to NATs. The drivers were prompt, friendly with good quality cars and a very straightforward and easy booking system in the midst of a stressful couple of days.

Fast , efficient, excellent and helpful service.

A little on the pricey side but my journey was lengthy and in the early hours of the morning. It was worth it for the peace of mind and their honest approach sadly not offered by other companies in the area during a time of great stress.

The airport taxi service was excellent, from booking to dropping us at the hotel. The men in the booking office at Gatwick were friendly and knowledgeable, the cars were of a high spec, clean and comfortable, the drivers were safe drivers, and friendly. Worth the money to travel after a day of disruption and cancelled flight.

It was lovely to get to Gatwick without a booking and immediately get a reliable taxi. No fuss and no more expensive than Uber. Taxi driver was absolutely lovely. Easy to talk to, polite. A delight after what had been a long day at the airport returning home.

Arrived early. Good driver. Dropped right outside the entrance to the airport, under cover, so didn’t get wet.

The chap at Gatwick got the postcode wrong.
Do not try ans blame me. My postcode is RH28AW. I said "Whiskey" for "W", and he decided it was "Q".
You would have got a lower mark, except the driver was helpful.

I said my poscode and gentlemen said- it's 28 pound, I said I just paid 25 pound 4 days ago, he told me price incresed. But it's not the price, he put in wrong postcode and because of his mistake I had to pay 3 pound extra. Not happy at all .

The driver drives too close to other vehicles and waves in and out of traffic. It is not comfortable or relaxing to sit in the car when someone is driving impatiently in this way.

The service was not bad overall, but the driver accelerated too much and drove very fast. Please remind your drivers that speeding is not a good way to make the service more attractive.
I would strongly advise your drivers to prioritise the safety and comfort of passengers.

Also, the price was too expensive compared with the cost of a black cab.
