Alla ragazza che ha avuto il mio stesso problema rispondo qui direttamente, a me dopo due giorni, poi è arrivata email con conferma di pagamento, e da quello che ho potuto notare, leggo che i tempi di consegna possono avvenire entro il 21 marzo, per chi come me ha ordinato a gennaio, ma sempre se arrivano, a questo punto leggendo tutte le altre recensioni. Sconvolta 🤦‍♀️

So today is the 2nd feb. I still haven't received my parcel & still cannot contact the shipping service they use (XDP) as they are beyond impossible to contact. Have emailed/rang/live chat, everything and still no response at all. I am just getting over the fact i will not receive my parcel. I ordered something for my daughter who is turning 3 which she was really exited about. Now i am not getting this parcel. Thanks Airyclub for your s*** shipping company you still use! surprised you both haven't been closed down!!!!!

Ho provato a fare un ordine ma la carta poste italiane mi segnala sito ingannevole...ha provato mia figlia stessa cosa...non comprate e un sito non attendibile....

I ordered something and it came within 3 weeks and it was good quality. However seeing these reviews I’m a bit concerned about my other items I’ve ordered of here. Because I order another parcel the same day and it still hasn’t arrived. But I hope my other packages will arrive within 3 weeks too.

Io ho pagato e i soldi me li hanno scalato ma mi da in attesa e mi chiede una foto della carta....poi l’email non arriva....per caricare la foto dice che la pagina non funziona. Che schifo di app

Ho effettuato l’ordine HO PAGATO! Ma non è stato spedito nulla!
Ho letto che la stessa cosa è successa ad un’altra ragazza . Mi chiedevano una foto della carta ma poi mi dava errore not found..
Qualcuno mi può aiutare? Grazie !

I haven’t long ordered, I’ve bought 2 items and am currently waiting for them to be mailed, granted the delivery isn’t expected until 22nd Feb (tracking says between 1st-8th) so hopefully will come early.
I received an email last week saying I was getting a partial refund for missing or wrong items on one of them (I paid £20 refund was for £19) I’m not sure what that about but money went in the following day even though it said could take up to 28 days.
Will update more when package arrives.

People stay away from airy club don't buy thinking that you are getting things for cheap,I'll tell you my experience so I bought 4 pairs of Nike's , a Adidas bag and I can tell you that I haven't received not one of my orders. One of the pairs of Nike's was refunded because they said *wrong or missing product*and after 3 months I got my refund.One there app it said that 2 pairs were already delivered to me and that I received them , total lie,I didn't receive anything airy club was telling me to check post office.I called Australia post and they said that the tracking number didn't exist.I had to get a email written stating that none of the tracking numbers were even in Australia for airy club to even consider giving me my refund.1 item I have received out of 10 items.
For those people who write good reviews well you haven't been ripped off yet. Trust me you will and then you too will write a bad review.
The reason why it takes forever for your products to arrive is because you are not paying for shipping.For people in my predicament always pay with PayPal because over Xmas someone from China(I'm thinking a merchant who had my card numbers) tried to withdraw $1,400 from my card but lucky the bank stopped the transaction. I am currently fighting with Airy club to refund me all the money for all of my Nike runners that have not arrived and I don't think that the ones that are on their way probably won't arrive either money totaling $250 . People make sure you guys read the reviews it will save you money and a big headache in future. People write these reviews for a reason so pay attention.

Worst company EVER!!!!
I still haven't received my parcel and want to know where the hell it is!!! They posted my parcel by a company called (XDP) the WORST shipping company to use but i could not choose myself. It won't let me track where my parcel is and after reading all the terrible reviews i am worried i won't even receive my parcel. It's an absolute JOKE and i will not ever be using this app again!!!!!!!!!!

Ho fatto un ordine ( io abito in sardegna), la tracciabilita mi dice che e' stato consegnato in sicilia con tanto di nome e cognome. Non riesco a mettermi in contatto con la ditta per essere rimborsata.cosa devo fare?

Hi, i am not sure about this airyclub x vova collab idk what it is But everyone talking bad about vova is falsely misleading you and probably making profit from it. Vova is great for all products. great quality & very cheap. I have received all my products u just have to wait 4 weeks (free shipping).One product i received was the wrong tracksuit but the best quality. I ended up getting my full refund and kept the tracksuit. Vova have a very good refund policy and it is very very easy to do.

How many more people they cheat before they close this dishonest rubish. It's hard to think how they cheat people. They don't deliver the products, or the wrong products and they don't respond, just false

I warn you against this company. People be careful, they are scammers. I ordered for the first time from this company. First order and already having problems, I had the same problem with Vova because even if you do not receive the product or you receive the wrong product or have any problem with your order from them.IN ANY CASE, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK. I was fooled because I thought AIRCLUB was a different company, it turned out to be a Vova company, only under the name AIRYCLUB. These companies are absolutely not companies that act for the benefit of the client. I've never seen such thieves before, the court or Government should take care of it. Because it's just one big scam. Products do not come, or packages come empty. No requests or complaints are resolved.

2 giorni fa ho chiesto 2 vestiti e leggendo le recensioni non so se fidarmi e fare il rimborso non so neanche quando mi arriverà perché mi serve urgentemente entro il 13 novembre

Volevo capire se il problema è stato solo mio..
Ho ordinato 2 cose il 30/08 , il tracciamento s ferma all 11/09 ( tra l altro molto poco specifico ) in un aereoporto ..non ho avuto più notizie del pacco ...m diceva che entro il 18 ottobre sarebbe arrivato ..c troviamo al 20 e d questi pacchi non si sa nulla..in più ho cambiato indirizzo e per la consegna non m da la possibilità , almeno per i pacchi già inviati , di cambiarlo..ho comunque messo il mio numero di telefono nell' ordine , e aggiunto il nuovo indirizzo sul sito...
Ora vorrei capire come muovermi in merito , non m da la possibilità d richiedere il rimborso e continua a chiedermi se ho ricevuto il pacco .. non m da modo d scrivere una recensione sotto il prodotto quindi lo faccio qui...
Sito poco serio , tempi d attesa immensi e tracciabilità poco chiara ...se dovete ordinarci qualcosa RINUNCIATE ..

Airyclub n est ni plus ni moins que les fins de stock de VOVA .Donc arnaques a tous les niveaux vetements mal tailler ou n'ayant strictement rien a voir avec la commande ... graines qui ne pousses pas et de toutes facons ne feront pas le produits sélectionner comme les tomates noir.. telephone sans 4g pourtant c est ecris dans l annonce ..enfin bref que des trucs inutilisable

Con delle scuse assurde e dei form pre impostati ti rispondono se chiedi assistenza che per un periodo definito "alta stagionalità" l'ordine potrà tardare qualche giorno.
Il mio ordine fatto il 16 agosto ancora non si sa dove si trova..

Sul sito, nel mio ordine, inoltre c'è scritto che ho ricevuto l'ordine. Probabilmente questo è dovuto a un errore del loro sistema in cui mentre cerchi di rintracciare il pacco c'è un pulsante dove se clicchi per errore ti da che è ricevuto! Come è possibile non ricevere un pacco e sul loro sito invece compare RICEVUTO TRAMITE UN PULSANTE?! DA QUANDO IN QUA DECIDO IO TRAMITE UN PULSANTE SE È RICEVUTO? State attenti... IL TUTTO È Da denuncia... Sicuramente è fatto apposta per rubare soldi a poveri innocenti, ma io non ho ricevuto alcun ordine quindi questa notizia è completamente errata! Gradirei rintracciare il mio pacco e non che ci sia scritto "Ricevuto" perché non è vero. Inoltre sto ancora aspettando il rimborso dei 3 elementi mancanti. Chissà se arriverà e quando. Aspetto altri 2 giorni poi denunceró il tutto alla polizia postale.
