Un orologio che è arrivato rotto non volevano rimborsarlo ma dopo che ho minacciato di non comprare più nulla mi hanno rimborsato l’acquisto! Ultimamente ho notato che hanno tolto dalle vendite gli oggetti di marca. Chissà il motivo….

J'ai commandé 3 paires de chaussures pour mes enfants, seulement 2 reçus et très mauvaises imitations, et en plus trop petites, car ça taille petit, et la dernière paire à été saisi par la douane... J'ai fait une réclamation, et pas de nouvelles, ni de remboursements, ce site est une grosse arnaque, je pensais faire une affaire et j'ai perdu 90 euros.... Site a fuir....

I am surprised to read the comments that people were not pleased receiving let's say.. 'not the real thing' especially regarding trainers. This site like a few other China based selling sites sell cheap copies of brands. I have purchased retro (80s)&(90s) football tops and 2021 season tops and the quality is fantastic. I would never pay full price in a sports shop /online as I personally believe the prices are a disgrace for a football shirt/kit. Even for children it's far too expensive so I highly recommend if any of you are wanting football tops buy from here. Go 1 size up from your normal size as fittings are slightly smaller so if your a large go for XL.

Having bought many football shirts from Airyclub and trainers, I was incredibly pleased with my purchases. However I just went on the site and everything 'named brand' eg Nike, Hugo Boss etc is all showing out of stock and on my 'for you' suggestions, nothing is branded. Has something happened?? I will be gutted if I can't buy my football shirts that cheap anywhere else. 😪

Ordered a pair of trainers off this website. Took weeks to come, once they came it was clear they was counterfeit. I then got in contact with Nike who confirmed they were counterfeit. Best advice I can give is get in touch with Citizens Advice who will help you compose a letter for a refund. Get in contact with the official manufacturer who can confirm they’re counterfeit so you have evidence. Then get in contact with your bank and a claim will be opened to get the money back. Luckily you are insured under the bank. They advice not to return the product, but if you do, you DO NOT have to pay the £20 restock fee and Zamton by law have to reimburse you for the shipping fee to send it back. I then advise go to trading standards and report them….

I believe I am one of the luckiest! Ordered 2 items, a bag and a belt. They arrived on time, maybe even earlier and fantastic quality! I was even shocked myself! Really I have nothing negative to say, only praises. My experience was really great! Satisfied customer!

I’ve been scammed. I will only blame myself. I usually check these things but I believe it was GENUINELY a good site as it was on Facebook and I blindly spent £200. Of which I received one item worth £1. Which I threw away due to poor quality. No reply, no contact Number, and no money back

3 Bestellungen im Gesamtwert von über 200 Euro im Juni 2021getätigt. Die, auch alle dicht hintereinander. Die Lieferzeit lag bei 2-4 Wochen. Anfangs Ware ok, Lieferung ok. Kommt aus China, damit rechne ich, dass es länger dauert. Material im Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ok, je nach dem, was bestellt wird. Aber dann.......
Dann kamen Zollgebühren,plus DHL Gebühren dazu. Durch DHL ging Ware 3x einfach zurück. Airyclub habe ich informiert. Ersetzt wurde nichts und auch kein Ersatz geschickt, obwohl klar war, hier liegen die Fehler "nachweislich", sowohl bei der DHL als deren Versandpartner, als auch bei denen.
Seit Juli bin ich in Kontakt mit dem "Kundenservice": Es kommen nur, mit Autokorrektor übersetze Mails, die freundlich vertrösten, jedoch nichts davon einhalten.
Jetzt haben wir September, ich habe mich von einem Teil meines Geldes verabschiedet und auch von nicht geschickten Schuhen und einem Ring.
Zu erwähnen sei noch, dass es Bestellrabatt gibt, der aber nicht anteilig , wie üblich, auf alle Artikel gilt. Beim Kauf ja, wenn etwas, wie der Ring z.B: nicht ankommt ( nachweislich, weil es gibt dort internationale Sendungsnummer zur groben Verfolgung) dann wird kein neuer gesendet und Geld gibt es auch nicht zurück, weil das wird mit dem Rabatt auf einmal verrechnet. Nicht ganz so nett.

Also am Anfang wo ich die Waren auf Rechnung und Ratenzahlung bestellt habe, kamen immer die Sachen an wie es beschrieben war.
JETZT wo ich es im voraus also sofort bezahle die Sachen bestelle gibt es nur Probleme.
Bei Beschwerden wird es abgelehnt und nicht mal versucht sich zu einigen.
Habe Angst wie der Rest ist. Muss noch so viel Ware bekommen.
So schade dabei ging es gut an 4 Monate lang kam wöchendluch gutes an und jetzt nur enttäuschend sauer und Pleite wenn es nicht erstattet wird da es in den Müll kommt und ich dann im Laden nochmals Geld ausgeben muss.

Haven't received any email when my order is ready or dispatched very disappointing it feels like a scam not very nice plus I'm disabled so line shopping regularly haven't had any trouble with other online companies

I ordered a football shirt 2 weeks ago after a friend recommended the company having got 2 shirts himself that were the real thing,not copies.Paypal refunded the money after 10 days but I don't know why.

There is a lot of bad reviews but for me it was a 5 stars, I give 5 stars because it was great communication, the product came in 10 days, it was exactly what I ordered and there service was really good, maybe I was lucky 😉
