I Purchased on line and soon had a confirmation. I was then kept informed of the progress of my order, until I then had the email from the delivery company who use the ''Predict'' service which sends a text to say which day, then on the day of delivery, they send another text telling you the driver's name and a one hour slot in which it will be delivered. You can even track the delivery van on-line.

Had been hunting around for a new impact driver/drill driver set for a while, and Alan Wadkins Ltd had exactly what I was after, and at a cheaper price than anywhere else online. Ordered the set on a Sunday afternoon and received it by Tuesday morning.
Excellent, prompt service and swift dispatch and delivery. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

My drill arrived the very next day. There was a minor problem with the box the drill came in which was a manufacturers fault. The problem was dealt with quickly and to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend this seller and Makita drill. Definitely shopping here again. One very happy customer 😊
