Albert Bartlett Opiniões

Regular purchaser of golden butter potatoes 2 latest bags contain high percentage of potatoes with purple/ mauve disease, their complains section doesn’t allow comment by denying access. A premium product should not be 50% unusable batch L4. 909:48. Not a caring company.BR.

Very disappointed with these Albert Bartlett Red Rooster potatoes bought from Home Bargains. Several were already badly sprouting, with obvious white growths.
Poor quality control from Albert Bartlett and poor checking by Home Bargains before putting them on sale. I expected much better from both.

Giving people hope by sending them a interview then saying it's no for you right away without explaining do wast my time

No response from customer service after two calls re poor product. I bought 10 packets of their chips. Usually very good, but I think something very wrong with this batch. All same batch number. The smell cooking and taste after opening 4 bags is awful! Disappointed to now bin the lot due to lack of interest on CS part. Won’t buy again. Sad they don’t care

Purchased a bag of Albert Barlett potatoes. Absolutely awful, I used the whole bag trying to get enough potatoes for 2 pensioners who don't eat a lot. The majority of the potatoes were rotten through. With the cost of living being so high, you expect better.

Cooked their cauliflower cheese and followed cooking instructions on the pack. Firstly the larger cauliflower stems weren’t cooked they were hard. Secondly it was very salty, yuk had to have an ice cream to get rid of the saltiness left in my mouth won’t be buying this again, very disappointed

Delivered to wrong address, after a lot of sorting, finally got them. - Definitely NOT Jersey Royals potatoes 😡😡😡

Albert Bartlett potatoes ,absolutely shocking that they are harvesting potatoes that are only the size of new potatoes , just to make the weight up in the bags you buy from the supermarkets, WHY !! These potatoes are not ready and absolutely useless to do anything with ,by the time you have peeled them ,they are so small ,so end up throwing away the potatoes ,even the larger ones are not where near
the size we used to get a few years back , actually ridiculous

Albert Bartlett Cauliflower Cheese - made me very sick iv tried this twice both times has made me very ill with food poisoning symptoms and sharp pains in my stomach

Absolutely awful normally have red but didn't have any at Lidl. Stringy sweet just awful and more expensive than others

About a year ago, Albert Bartlett bought the Jersey Royal Company.
Last week, I bought a bag of Tesco Jersey Royals grown by the Jersey Royal Company - utter garbage. The potatoes were so misshapen, uneven in size, full of eye and rotten spots that it was impossible to use them for potato salad. I had to peel many( yes, peel new potatoes!) to remove the blemishes and rotten bits.
Jersey Royals have always been a premium product - atleast until now. If this is a reflection of how Bartletts are going to present the product going forward, God help the island’s economy, because I, and I guess, many others won’t be buying these overpriced, badly grown and kept atrocities.

Like many consumers, I have searched for a reasonable quality chip. When I found Albert Bartlett Homestyle Chips at Asda, initially I was reasonable pleased.

As time has gone on, I am sick of chucking most of these pieces of potatoes in the BIN. They are not cut as chips. A large percentage of every bag appears to simply be BITS!

I did take photos of the last bag I bought, but it appears photos cannot be uploaded on trustpilot.
