It was nice experience going to umrah with Alhaq travels . Marium was helpful and was good to answer all queries.
Their customer service was good to answer back as I need to call from both cities Makkah and Medina.
They have arranged the transport service for all the travel back n forth to airports n hotels . That was excellent .
Just want to suggest to everyone who are going for umrah in Ramadan specially in the last ashara. Do a little research and check before your travel . I had issues in both cities for hotel bookings may be bc of Ramadan overwhelming numbers of hujjaj .
But Al haq travel sorted everything in couple of hours .

I have in the past 2025 and 2024 been for Umrah with Al Haq . I was 100% satisfied with the best service they offer Transport from Airport to Hotel on arrival and same from Hotel to Airport Taxi service without any hassle. Best Hotel offers nearby Masjid Haram in Makkah and same in Madinah nearer Masjid an Nabawi. There retes are best as I quoted other Umrah packages and went for Al Haq and used them twice and willing to use Al Haq in the future. I chat and text and email Mariam Aniqa always the best friendly person who guides Me always.

Had an amazing umrah experience all thanks to Huda at Al Haq travel. We were a group of 18 which included babies and wheelchair users. She was very patient and met all of my requirements. Her choice of hotels were great. The transport arranged was efficient clean and comfortable. She always answered my queries and was really helpful throughout the trip. Even when my dad got ill and some of us had to stay behind, she was there to help. Will b using them again when I plan to go next iA.
