3 of the same item ordered, and only one was available. I was emailed if I wanted to wait (expected 5-6 week wait) or a refund for the non-delivered 2 items. I opted to wait, and after about 5 weeks I chased them, to be responded with they were expecting delivery their end that day and it would be a further 3-5 working days to get to me. 5 working days later and my 2 items arrived. Great service and quick response via email. Thank you. 4 stars because stock wasn't available when ordered, if website had live stock availability would be 5 star.

Terrible experience so far with this company. Ordered a product for mu 86year old mother, and they have failed to deliver and fulfil the order - something she now desperately needs after waiting over a month. Shame on you!

Bought the wrong pair of incontinence knickers. Easily done when so many products and I’m not a professional Carer. Packing either damaged when opened poorly packed packing or damaged by me as wanted to check product. Phoned Allanda within 24 hours of delivery. Told no refunds or exchanges. I was told I was rude when questioning policy. In an age of focusing on minimal waste I think the encouragement of throw away an unused item is shocking and outdated. I did whilst on the phone order the correct product but I will never use this company again. I have now found an alternative supplier.

So glad I found Allanda. Friendly and helpful customer service team who were able to give me great advice when I wasn't sure of which product to buy. Prices were great and delivery very prompt. I will be using them for my next purchase. Thank you

Untrustworthy and devious. It is only after creating an account that they calculate delivery costs which were more than double the cost of the item. The sharp practice of (1) requiring personal data before revealing the full cost to the consumer and (2) unadvertised unfair delivery cost should be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Wide range, but once subscribed to a monthly delivery, unable to access website to cancel.
No prior email to allow for cancellation of one delivery or rescheduling, or even to add to order.

Edited to add, returned shipment was delivered a 2nd time, a month later still waiting for full refund of £50+.

Misleading terms regarding next day delivery. Shipment email sent when plainly the items had not been shipped. Ordered by 3pm on a Friday for next day delivery; even though this would not happen on a Saturday, the system still allowed me to pay the extra cost. Items did not arrive the following Monday. My elderly parents are still waiting to receive them. Altogether very poor service and one I would NOT recommend.

I purchased 2 pairs of traditional Y-front padded pants for £18.50 + £4.95 p&p. I returned them due to legs being too tight and being too over padded. Returned them immediately at a cost of £2.95.
My total cost being £26.40.
Allanda returned them back to me refusing a refund stating that they do not return washable items.
One pair had been unopened and one pair tried on and returned in packing as found.
Surely all clothing is washable? What a waste of money

What rude and unhelpful staff. My 90 year old mother has spent well over a thousand pounds to this company and they send the wrong product or should I say the product was misleading! Will never buy from them again. It’s a shame they aren’t just a little bit more customer focused considering the majority of the people who buy them are older people and perhaps vulnerable. Very arrogant and procedure focussed! Not a people’s company.

Will only sell to people living in the UK! No reason given, belligerent and obstinate replies to email. Discriminatory and petty minded policy. All I wanted were some boxer shorts!
