On Web site stated delivery up to 25km outside kilrush. From there to us is 15km ! But they don't deliver, tried both Chinese restaurants who would deliver normally for €10 now work with them and no delivery in our area !
BIG BIG SCAM AND SHAME !!!!!
NO REASON GIVEN, TRIED COMPANY NO ANSWER, NO REPLY!
Why was it delivered efore and they can't?????

Ordered food to collect - there was an issue with the machine at the restaurant and they never received order.. waiting an extra 30 minutes and they didn’t believe it was paid for. Best to ring directly going forward

A reliable app. Have used many times for food collection and delivery. Fast delivery and good customer service. Would use again and highly recommended.

Awful experience. Set up online but it will not allow me to login to the app. Tells me that my email is already registered.

That aside the online version is really basic. It can't tell me the progress on my order. Surely this is a basic... What time will it will it arrive?

This is the best app! I've been a loyal customer for years and have never been disappointed.

Un app muy fácil de usar y muy buena para ordenar comida. El precio es muy bajo al memento de pagar la comida. No cobran algo exuberante como Uber eats u otras apps de comida que cobran más por el domicilio que por la orden de comida.

App is easy to use, variety of restaurants to order from, prices are not bad either, would recommend!

Our local Chinese takeaway is on this app. Really good experience and the takeaway deliver really quickly which is great.

The only downside is that it's mainly Chinese (and a few Indian) restaurants in our area.

Ordered food, did not arrive after 1 hour, called restaurant directly who lied and said it was out for delivery, after another 30 minutes waiting contacted all eat; they said it was out for delivery, which I explained this was what we had already been told, but we do not live more than 10 minutes from restaurant. The excuse we then got from all eat was ‘it was raining’ apparently they think this is a valid excuse. It wasn’t even raining at any point. I requested refund, as food had still not turned up. They accepted. Then I was told the restaurant say they are not at fault and so all eat cannot do anything. How they are able to take your money, but not refund is unbelievable. They maintained that the restaurant are correct, and that over 1.5 hour wait for food is acceptable. They refused refund. Absolutely non-existent customer service, will not use again. Avoid at all cost

Tried blaming the restaurant for their issues with sending orders over to the local restaurant...over an hour late and had to chase them up. Attempted to offer £6 in app voucher..no thanks...rude customer service. Joke of a company.

Worse experience ever!!! Terrible web site. I ordered food and nothing arrives. Will never use again.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! They steal your money! And you will not get your food or refund! Despite calling and speaking to customer services and told I would receive a refund. Weird phone call and no refund or food.

Wasn't expecting much from the app but it surprised me. Works fine and I don't mind saving a few quids while ordering my food.

Easy to use app! Menu prices are really low as compared to other food platforms. Recommended for those who are looking for budget-friendly takeaway options.
