On the positive side, the driver was very friendly and polite. On the negative side, (a) the driver wasn't able to attach the towing ring to the front of my car - in the end, I had to do it, which I thought was unprofessional; (b) the cost of the recovery was much higher than I imagined - their website quotes from £50, but it came out at over £200 incl. VAT (no receipt given), even though the distance wasn't that great; (c) I did not have the option of paying by card, hence they assumed I would pay via my phone, but I don't have the requisite app for this. As it turned out, I was able to withdraw cash from a nearby cash machine and pay the man; (d) the driver did not tell me at the outset either what the cost was likely to be, nor what form of payment was available. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Or, if you do, get this information at the beginning, so you know what you're dealing with.
