From the very start after we noticed an advert for the new Veleso WAV through the Motability scheme and contacted Allied Mobility to arrange a home demonstration visit everyone has been so helpful and friendly without any sales pressure. A extremely pleasant and friendly Monique visited with a demonstration vehicle within a couple of days and provided a full overview and demonstration of the Veleso specification and we had the opportunity to drive the vehicle. We were so impressed in the high spec and that it met all my daughter’s needs we proceeded to place the order that day. From then on we were kept fully updated on progress by Monique and other friendly team members at Allied Mobility. The whole process only took a few weeks and the new vehicle was delivered to our home address by a very friendly and knowledgeable delivery driver who again provided a full demonstration and made sure we were all completely happy before accepting the vehicle. We have since had a follow-up call to ensure were are completely happy with the vehicle as well as the service provided. It has been a completed pleasure and worry free experience dealing with Allied Mobility and cannot rate them highly enough. Thank you for such great service.

Great service very helpful

Everything went so well from start to finish. I never felt under pressure from any of the staff I dealt with. The lady who came out to us twice for demonstrations was so kind and friendly. Delivery was so quick after we had chosen our vehicle and all paperwork was dealt with by Allied. The gentleman that delivered our new vehicle was so helpful and was happy to go through everything with us again. Would definitely recommend after our experience 😊

Très mauvaise expérience. J’ai acheté un véhicule neuf chez cette société spécialisée dans les transformations TPMR pour transport de fauteuils roulants, et dès le début j’ai rencontré énormément de problèmes électriques.

Le véhicule ne démarrait plus, les essuie-glaces ne fonctionnaient pas, les clignotants non plus, ainsi que le klaxon. Pour un véhicule vendu neuf et censé être professionnel et fiable, c’est totalement inadmissible.

Très déçu par la qualité du travail et par les nombreux dysfonctionnements rencontrés dès l’achat. Je ne recommande pas cette société.

From the first phone call to arrange a home demostration to the actually delivery of the wheelchair accessible vehicle has been so great. With texts, emails and phone calls Allied Mobility kept us updated throughout. When the delivery was to be booked the asked if it was suitable day for us and that we had received the paperwork needed.
This is the third vehicle we have had from Allied Mobility and each time the service has been wonderful.

Excellent service

From our first telephone enquiry to the post delivery call everyone has been so kind, patient and helpful. It was so helpful that we were able to try out 2 vehicles at home to see which would be best. The call centre staff was very helpful especially when the payment system didn't want to work. You have all been great.

Excellent service from order to delivery

Everyone that I dealt with was so kind & helpful. They took their time to explain everything to you & would go over it again if you weren't sure about something. You never felt rushed into anything. The fact that they come to your house to deal with everything makes such a difference. It makes you feel more at ease. I would highly recommend them to everyone.

I received my WAV Vehicle today the delivery driver was very friendly and helpful and made it a very smooth and swift delivery. I would like to say a massive thank you to Nicholas sear (Alied salesman) for all is help and guidance’s , definitely made me feel comfortable with his friendly nature which filled me with ease in choosing my new WAV. . The preorder system was good. Straightforward & helpful.
However, I found the delivery & follow up not so good. I would have preferred the person who has demonstrated & knew, to have come. My support staff & I have found it difficult to fully appreciate the correct procedure for the winch, restraining straps etc

Delivery driver was on time, but didnt get out of car to knock front door.Instead phoned on his mobile. Didn't demonstrate or explain anything apart from seat levers and not to close the rear door by the bumper or handle ... but too stand at side and close it that way.
Explained that winch system was exact same as in my old WAV.... so didnt do show anything of it'd operating features.
