Top Service und Reaktionsgeschwindigkeit !

Aufgrund eines Fehlers auf meiner Seite wurde die Lieferung nicht an meine Heimatadresse zugestellt. Obwohl ich den Fehler zunächst bei Alllike gesehen habe, konnte durch die Beharrlichkeit der stets freundlichen Servicemitarbeiter das Missverständnis aufgeklärt werden. TOP Service und ausdrücklichen Dank an das Team. Absolut empfehlenswert und seriös.

Adidas Sambas - Great Experience

I ordered my Adidas Sambas 6 days ago and they have just arrived!
I was skeptical at first, but the shoes are great, the customer service was respondent and helpful, and the delivery was super quick. Will for sure order again.

Déception totale

Première commande pour des bottes Converse passée le 30 novembre en prévision de Noël. Cependant, un mois plus tard, le statut de suivi est toujours “Données de commande transmises”, sans expédition.

La réponse du service client mentionne un lot égaré chez DPD, mais aucune communication proactive de la part d’Allike. J’ai du les contacter à deux reprises afin d’avoir enfin des nouvelles… ce n’est pas rassurant pour le client surtout quand c’est sa première commande. Expérience client décevante, tant sur le plan logistique que communicationnel.

Bien que j’apprécie le remboursement et la compensation de 20% offerte sur ma prochaine commande, ma déception persiste. Malheureusement, il ne reste plus d’articles intéressants dans le magasin après les fêtes de fin d’année.”

Tolle Schuhe, schlechtes Retourenmanagment. Man wartet ewig auf seine Gutschrift. Sorry, ich würde den Laden nicht empfehlen.

wir hatten dir ja bereits per Mail Bescheid gegeben, weswegen sich die Bearbeitung deiner Rücksendung bedauerlicherweise etwas verzögert hat.
Wir wollen uns auch hier nochmal dafür entschuldigen. Wir versuchen natürlich stets unseren eigenen Ansprüchen gerecht zu werden, dass du jetzt 2 Tage länger auf deine Rückerstattung warten musstest, bedauern wir sehr.
Deine Rückerstattung wurde jetzt ja aber mit etwas Verzögerung in die Wege geleitet.
Bei weiteren Fragen kannst du dich immer gerne an unseren Kundenservice wenden.

Poor user experience

I bought the HOKA Mafate Speed 2 Origins shoes on the 4th of September, I received them defective, after contacting their customer service and receiving no response, I took care of the return economically. After weeks with no response and after writing to them again, Léia contacted me and some time later Sami, quite unfriendly and without offering solutions or alternatives to my case. The return process took until the 7th of October, more than a month without any answer, and not only they didn't take care of the shipping costs, they didn't take care of the return costs either. The user experience is terrible, I do not recommend it.

We would of course have provided you with a free return label, but unfortunately you were a little too quick with the return, so we didn't have the chance to provide you with a label.
We apologize for the long processing time, as there was no additional note in the package, our colleagues treated it as a normal return and not as a complaint.

Hat alles super geklappt...

Habe am 16.6. eine Casio G-Shock bestellt und heute schon geliefert. Hinterher habe ich gesehen dass es eine Best-Preis-Garantie gibt, habe den Link des günstigeren Anbieters rüber geschickt. Aber leider ist das nur ein Marketplace, aber trotzdem wurden mir 10% Rabatt gewährt. Die Bestellung wurde beschleunigt da ich in Urlaub fahren will und die Uhr gerne vorher hätte. Hat alles super geklappt, danke auch an Jonas 👍
