I have used All Kinds of Blinds before for blinds & shutters & have always had great service which comes with quality products.

Today, we had shutters fitted in our loft bedroom & en-suite bathroom. We are absolutely delighted with them & the fitter could not have been more helpful. We would definitely recommend this company for their professionalism & customer service.

I chose local as we like to support local businesses where possible. THAT WAS A MISTAKE AS THE COMPANY IS AWFUL! The fitter was efficient and did a good. The 'surveyor' is a nice lady but I'm afraid she talks too much and I felt we were pushed into the choice we made. When it was hung (roller blind in bathroom) it turned out to be off-white/cream when I specifically wanted white. It looks hideous and has to go, despite costing an arm and a leg (about 10 times made to measure ones online). Sadly I got told all sorts of rubbish about it looking that way because of next door's wall! Basically washed their hands of it and we had a nasty email from the obnoxious managing director(with a foreign name) basically telling me tough luck and that if we didn't pay the balance within 14 days they would send round the debt collectors! We are in our 70s but not senile.

Having bought some cheaper vertical blind bottom chains and found them poor quality I bought some from this company and have to say it is true "You get what you pay for". These are only plastic chains but the quality means the cups don't snap when you try to connect to the weights. Should I need any new parts for our vertical blinds I now know where I can get quality items.

Tom initially gave a bespoke and individual talk through of all the options available to me, he took into consideration what I was looking for and gave advice on what would suit my needs and requirements and I settled for black out blinds in a neutral colour that fit in beautifully with my flat. Stuart was prompt and called within half an hour of his arrival and completed the fitting swiftly and talked me through what to expect in terms of the blinds falling into shape etc. Overall I am absolutely delighted with the service I have received, the excellent communication and the high level of professionalism. Such an incredible service in every aspect of advice and communication from the style of replacement curtains to suit the location, plus guidance with the choice of fabric. The help I received from Sarah at your showroom in Epping was incredible. Her support, understanding and professionalism were second to none. Nice to deal with as long as you don't mind a) you have to wait 5 weeks for a particular fitter b) after 5 weeks, they forget half the order at the warehouse and you have to wait again c) they advise they will call on the day between x and y times and don't d) when you call them, they hang up on you. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY if you want any kind of customer service.

I have been looking for insect blinds for a long time. I contacted All Kinds Of Blinds regarding these Insect Blinds for two windows and french doors in our home. From the first contact they were professional and very efficient. The fitters Adam & Mark were courteous and very good at their jobs. They were clean and tidy and left our property as they found it. The blinds are perfect for our needs.

We installed shutters and blinds last year and the company were great. Very fast appointment and quote. Explanation of what would work regarding shutters was great. Installation was arranged and all happened on time.
We recently contacted them regarding a ceiling window blind as difficult to work due to sun.
Again, prompt efficient service. Great price and installed on a bank holiday.
I have recommended All Kinds of Blinds to other people and have no doubt I will use them again.

When this company want the business they are on your case and they act very professional , unfortunately I’ve been trying to contact this company since November via emails after emails and no response , as my blinds have broken and you cannot buy the clips elsewhere. I came across a card with a mobile number called no answer , I text and he responded but despite saying he will look into it, I still have had any response .
Don’t bother going here unless you are happy with no response after they’ve taken your money. It’s just disappointing! I’ll have to redo my whole blinds again .

Appalling after sales, all blinds completely substandard and changed 3 times, I am still waiting for the final blind nearly 7 months later, the others took 6 months. They have no consideration for that fact you may work and only offer very limited choice of appointments, then don’t turn up. My blinds came to over £5k, I thought going to a company would get a better service. You are made to feel an inconvenience for trying to resolve. You would be better buying online. Only use if you have plenty of free time to wait around.

At the appointment I asked their staff if I need to remove my personal stuff near window area. I was told no need and still he broke my vase and bday flowers friend/family sent.
I emailed to escalate the accident and stress these gift is of sentimental value. Response from the company is: "he knocked over a vase, if it was that sentimental then it would not have been near where he was working." And they sent me 25GBP as remedy.

Extremely insensitive and unprofessional behavior and what upset me the most is the way they respond to their customers after they charge large sum for the curtains.

Excellent experience with Sam. Knowledgeable and responsive, he guided me through a multi-month process to replace two blinds and then work out teething issues to connect them up to the home management system.

Rollers, shutters and perfect fit blinds in our conservatory. Very reasonably priced and the staff are very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
