It’s hard to find a decent range of stock, now that the big companies of a few years ago are no more (well… they stock some stuff, but aren’t aimed at the same market anymore).
I could find what I wanted at All Terrain Cycles (or a suitable alternative for the helmet brand). The price was good and everything arrived on time

Purchased road bike online last year. Took time to ensure frame size was correct before completing order. Absolutely no concerns using Allterrain. Reason for review is due to a potential fault with my Di2 system. Although unable to test the bike as I live a long way from them - they made the effort to respond immediately and put me in touch with the nearest cycle shop that could undertake the test. Also resent my receipt in case I needed to claim for the parts under warranty. Great after sales service, thanks Joe.

My partner bought a gravel bike late last year and was pleased with the price and service. Fast forward a few months and I got bike envy so started looking for one myself. All Terrain sourced the bike I wanted as they didn’t have it in stock. Price was competitive with other deals on line and it was delivered sooner than expected. Collected it from the shop and was given a detailed briefing of its features by Alan. Great service and customer experience. I prefer to buy from and support my local bike shop if they have what I want. Only managed one ride since purchase but very pleased with my choice. I’ll be back to make use of the 10% discount card I got with the bike purchase.

Very happy and grateful to these guys. I had some queries about sizing and geometry of a Trek bike I was thinking of buying. I spoke to Joe (think that was the name?!) in the office and he was very thorough with his assistance. At no point did he try anything sales-y, instead he told me that this actually may not be the perfect size and helped me with measuring some things on my gravel bike to compare. In the end it seemed like it’s the right one for me and it was delivered 2 days later, absolutely thrilled with the new bike (though I haven’t been able to get out on it yet so I’m just staring at it!) and would highly recommend All Terrain Cycles!
