Alltrue lives up to their name
Alltrue lives up to their name. They have been very open and honest with the recent acquisition. Their products are thoughtfully picked and ethically sourced. Things happen, and when I received a defective product and reached out via email, I received a very prompt response with a fair solution. Alltrue is a great value for the full size products received. My daughter and I always look forward to opening the quarterly shipments.
Great value in a subscription box
I've loved the products I've received the past 2+ years from Alltrue. Some I've used for myself, some I've put aside to give as great gifts. Well worth the subscription cost.

I am a big-time subscription gift shopper, and now Alltrue is at the top of my list. Not only do we love Alltrue's mission statement, but we love the products even more. I've been receiving AllTrue boxes for a couple of years now and absolutely love what this company stands for. Their products are always high quality and most importantly ethical and sustainable!
I had a small problem with one product during shipping which happens and I alerted AllTrue right away. They responded in less than 24 hours with an email that was pleasant, informative, and most importantly fixed the problem above my expectations. Its hard to find companies nowadays with products I feel good about and have excellent customer service to back it up. I would HIGHLY recommend Alltrue. I'm excited to continue my membership for years to come.

I have always loved all true! Best box subscription out there. Truly unique products with amazing stories and ingredients. Many of the items in my boxes have become my favorite brands and products. I love the add on market and always shop for myself and gifts for others. I do all my beauty shopping through all true and love finding new amazing, products. Any time I have had an issue they answer within an hour, even on weekends, and solve the problem quickly and easily! I recommend it to all my friends and family!

I’m in LOVE with my boxes
Ever since receiving my first box a few years ago I’ve been addicted to keep it going. I definitely do not need all the items I receive but it feels like Christmas each time one comes in the mail. I love that I can put the items I’m not needing in my gift trunk that I pull from throughout the year to give to others that I know will appreciate something I received that I didn’t need. I have a little stock pile of gifts now so I do not need to go shopping whenever a birthday or special occasion pops up where I need a gift.
I love that the items are all fair trade made ethically.
Keep up the fantastic 10 star work team.

Recently there some issues with my box
Recently there was a issue with how my box arrived and lack of receiving proper notices. They didn’t hesitate a moment to fix both issues and got the replacement out immediately for the lost and damaged products that same day!!! Alltrue is a group of great people who work hard to make their customers happy no matter what! If there’s a problem they fix it immediately no questions! And they don’t make you feel bad about mistakes that maybe you’ve made they do whatever they can to make problems right no matter who’s at fault! Also they have great products as well as they honor everything they say and honestly if it was a monthly box I’d be happier, because I love getting their boxes. I hate having to wait to only get it four times a year lol. I honestly can’t find a reason to complain at all about anything to do with Alltrue! Great bunch of people working there. Fantastic company fantastic products fantastic customer service. There’s no reason why you shouldn’t spend your time and money on this company because once you’re a customer they spend their time on everything for you and if there’s a mistake their money too!

A company that prided itself on…
A company that prided itself on complete transparency suddenly went silent and without ability to be contacted in the first half of 2022. I was an annual subscription member for at least 2 years and shortly after my subscription didn't renew in May 2022 and I never got my Spring Box I got an absolutely heinous email from this abomination of a company saying that they had gone through a bankruptcy and was under new ownership. They went on to provide links to articles about how to get refunds. This was what set me off. This company failed, cut off communication and provided no updates to what was going on, then sent all of it's customers on a wild goose chase to get their own refunds. I was an annual member and I could not get a refund for anything and they never sent me a spring box. They didn't even respond to my emails about it, didn't acknowledge me at all.
Now, everyone, enjoy whatever response they have to my review along with the other 64% who gave them 1 star reviews. Their explanations are long winded and complete crap. I do not care what they have to say if they're not going to send refunds on their own accord or at least send me the last box I was due to receive and never got because y'all just up and decided to not send them out after all.

Great customer service!
Once things got straightened out with the bankruptcy and new ownership, Alltrue is back and wonderful to do business with. I had a recent experience where I wanted to order something as a one-off and couldn't find anywhere on the website to do that. I contacted them by email and heard back quickly. My request was taken care of efficiently and quickly. Can't wait for my item to arrive!

Definitely Recommend
The products are beautiful and the boxes are always full of wonderful surprises. If you don't want to be surprised, you can always go online and choose what you want. Anytime I've had an issue with a delivery, customer service has been amazing! I recently did not receive a box, and they shipped out another one free of charge the same day I contacted them!

I absolutely love this company
I absolutely love this company, and the products I get every quarter. Its such a nice treat and more affordable than the other options with stuff that helps people and the environment! I had an interaction with Customer Service yesterday that was EXCELLENT. 1) I could just email them and it didn't reroute me 100 times, 2) they responded SO FAST and provided a remedy, 3) the same person responded to my follow up. Can't ask for better nowadays
