Superb!!
Oh my goodness! I discovered Alpha-Omega by chance browsing the internet for a reputable spec repair service. Having read the reviews (all of which were excellent) - I completed the 'request a quote form'. It was returned really quickly with simple, clear instructions on what I should do next.
I sent my broken specs on Friday afternoon, it is now Tuesday and I am sitting here with them on!!! Fully - and brilliantly - repaired! I'd had them sitting in a drawer for a while thinking they were beyond fixing and now - they are like new!
Rarely do I experience service on this level.

An excellent service from start to finish.
Managed to break an arm of my Ray-Bans and also one of the nose pads of my other pair.
Enquiry sent, and an immediate response regarding repair and replacement. Sent both pairs and received one pair back (nose pads) within 3 days and the the other pair back within five days, including the order of the new arm. Received back via tracked service.
Would highly recommend AlphaOmega to all for a professional and prompt repair and service.

Where to start…I accidentally managed to headbut my partner while he was wearing his new Tom Ford sunglasses on holiday and the nose pad on one side snapped…well they only lasted 2 days and maybe one picture with them on taken 🫣🤦‍♀️so after returning back to the UK the research started and I’m forever grateful finding this company. Not only they responded efficiently to my emails and given me the quotation, they have turned around the repair within 2 days of sending them and returning back. All explained in the email as you obviously prepay return postage and pay to send them off. Excellent customer service and professional work done. I would happily pay more to make sure I won’t be listening what I shouldn’t have done. All repaired and he is a one happy man. Just hope he gets to wear them in the UK🙄

I was extremely saddened when my ancient Tag Heuer titanium frame failed with a metal fatigue fracture of an arm. A friend told me there was a company in Crewe who did a great repair on his glasses. One Google later, 4.9/5 reviews convinced me to contact them. They responded in minutes with a request for photos of the issue which I submitted. Shortly afterwards I received an email saying that they could be repaired and they quoted a price. Being fairly local I presented said disaster to them the next day. Apart from only one chair in the small waiting area, the repair took 15 minutes, the whole experience was great. I love my old, dog chewed Tags more than any other frame I have ever had. Thank you.

I’m gobsmacked. I sent my glasses on the 29th and received the parcel with the perfectly repaired glasses on the 31st. They must have opened the parcel, mended the glasses and sent them back moments later. I didn’t even think service like this was a thing anymore. In fact, I don’t even know if it ever was.

I sent my Vivienne Westwood glasses by post on Friday afternoon for them to receive on Monday. I received an email from them on Monday monrning saying that they had been received and repaired and they would be shipping them out that afternoon. I received back Tuesday morning, and they are perfect.
Fantasic communication, service, cost and delivery. I was thinking that I would have to pay out several hundred pounds to replace these. Defiantly would recommend this company.

I sent my broken glasses on Wednesday and got them repaired like new on Friday, job very well done! You can go ahead no problem I would highly recommend them to everyone.

Never have I seen a service so efficient. Effective communication, timely service and an absolutely fantastic outcome. Far outweighed my expectations. And best of all, returned my glasses looking brand spanking new the very next day.
Could not recommend them enough.

I have a pair of Gucci sunglasses which had a minor issue. This being some of the nuts that hold the glasses together had come loose causing them to start to fall to pieces. I thought I was going to have to get this issue repaired at Gucci due to the design of the nuts, which I also thought would be extortionate. I did some research and found AlphaOmega, they were very quick to respond with a quote to repair my sunglasses, which I thought was very reasonable. I shipped them out Monday and received them back on Thursday, so all in all a very quick process. Most importantly, my sunglasses are as good as new with a top quality repair. Thank you!

Fantastic service. I dropped my Hugo Boss varifocals on New Year’s Eve, and someone then stood on them and damaged one arm of them. Optician was unable to repair, but recommended this company, assuring me they would be able to fix. Quick and easy system for quote, repair package chosen and paid along with return postage. Sent them off by special delivery on Friday afternoon, got email confirmation on Monday morning (yesterday) that they had arrived and would be posted back later in the day, received them back before 1 pm today, fully repaired. Delighted. Thank you!

Just wow! The arm of my Gucci sunglasses broke off from the hinge. I’ve only had them a few months and I was gutted. I found AlpheOmgega online and made an enquiry and was thrilled when they confirmed they could fix them. I sent them special delivery on Tuesday 25th November and have received them back today (Thursday 27th). They look as good as new and I am over the moon to be able to wear them again. I paid for them to be returned special delivery. The fact that they received them and repaired them in the same day is incredible. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough. If only all companies were this amazing!

I had an old pair of Persol that were damaged from time (broken arm). The arms were so thin I thought they were unrepairable, especially after consulting the usual high street opticians. How wrong I was. I sent the glasses to Alpha Omega by post on Tuesday and they were back with me by Thursday.

Alphaomega. Have repaired frames that Specsavers deem as unrepairable. I sent a pair of Glasses to them on Saturday and had them back on Tuesday. Even returned the old nose pads they replaced, Which I never expected them to. Simply an amazing service for £30.00.

I don’t normally put reviews on here but after the service I got from Alpha Omega I thought I should.
I sent a pair of titanium framed glasses away to be welded as the frame had broken on the nose bridge. I know titanium is difficult to weld so I was slightly apprehensive how good the repair would be.
I posted the glasses at 1:00pm on Tuesday and 23 hours later they were back with me in good as new condition. Couldn’t even see the weld.
Unbelievable service!

Extremely fast turnaround and an excellent repair job, the glasses were returned like new.
They were expensive varifocals with a broken bridge, it literally saved me hundreds of pounds, I am so impressed with AlphaOmega and very reasonably priced service.

Excellent repair. Not cheap but less than a new pair. Quick service and good communication.
