My Optician informed me my two pairs of glass's were beyond repair! I sent a photo of both through the website and received a quote within 20 mins.
I sent straight away and they were returned good as new within 48 hours!!
What a find, fantastic service all round

A loose hinge on a pair of Chanel sunglasses repaired perfectly.
Posted them on Thursday afternoon, had them back on Saturday morning!

Such a simple online process and my glasses are now even better than when I bought them! The turnaround time and redelivery was also super quick, I honestly cannot rate this company and the service highly enough.

Was quickly given quote for repairing snapped hinge on arm of glasses. No hidden costs, repair plus premium postage. Optician not interested, mega expense for new specs. Posted late on 19th December, received back Christmas eve. Impressive hidden repair, signed for return delivery. I had minor query and phoned. the call was answered and reassuringly dealt with. I have had glasses repaired three times over the years with AlphaOmega, always perfect every time.

I live relatively close by, so came in to drop them off to be told that if I can wait they would be done right away, within 15 minutes the nose pad and arm had been replaced and they were as good as new

Where do I start, I’d have given 10 stars if possible! I’d Cocoa Song framed glasses for just over a year and the leg snapped, where I got them couldn’t do anything - I’d need to start again. I did buy new glasses however because I liked them so much investigated online and found Alpha Omega, the response was quick and informative, I sent my specs on Thursday afternoon, received an acknowledgment on Friday which advised they’d be despatched back later that day, they arrived this morning Saturday- perfect again, can’t praise this company enough.

I emailed a photo of my damaged glasses and promptly received a quote and information on progressing the repair. Posted the glasses on 03/12/24 and received them back on 05/12/24 and back in use - I am delighted by the value for money (especially when you take into account how much a new pair of varifocals will set you back) and efficient service offered by AlphaOmega.

What an amazing outcome! I sat on my glasses which was only 3 months old. The arms were bent and it didn’t look possible to repair. Alpha Omega came to rescue. I packaged the glasses and sent them by post. I got them back, good as new. Thank you.

I took two pairs of Ray-Bans in for repair as I live locally. One pair seemed beyond repair to us as it had a broken frame and was over 20 years old. Both pairs repaired on the day - I was even offered to wait. Much cheaper than buying 2 new pairs. During the conversation with the owner, I learned that they also sell RBs and Oakleys and are able to order in (to their unit) any pair you like for trying on before buying and can adjust them to fit. So much better than buying online. I never realised this little gem of a place was right around the corner from me. Will certainly recommend to all friends & family

Thought I was going to throw my RayBans in the bin. Alpha Omega Repairs quoted a fair price to replace the lenses and nose clips and turned them around in 10 days. Great service and reasonable price- sunglasses like new!! Amazing!
