Tack vare att jag läste de engelska recensionerna valde jag att inte beställa. När jag kontaktade kundtjänst fick jag veta att deras 100 dagars nöjdhetsgaranti inte gäller in-ear-produkter, något jag inte tycker framgår av köpvillkoren.

Jag vill därför uppmärksamma andra kunder att inte öppna och testa deras öronproppar om ni är osäkra och vill ha möjlighet att returnera. Detta trots att det står "100 dagars nöjdhetsgaranti" på produktsidan och att köpvillkoren bl.a. säger:

"För att säkerställa att 100 dagars nöjdhetsgaranti förblir rättvis:

Produkter måste användas i minst 10 dagar innan en retur- eller återbetalningsförfrågan lämnas in."

So, I checked their returns policy and it states that if you're not happy with the earplugs then you have a 100 days to return them.
Imagine my anger when they say that this does not apply if this is your second purchase from them.

Here is there email...

Thank you for your message.
We understand your situation and appreciate your loyalty in ordering from us again. However, since earplugs are considered hygiene products, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once they have been opened or used.

Additionally, our 100-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to a first-time purchase of a specific product. As this is the second time you have ordered the same item, the guarantee does not apply in this case.

We’re truly sorry that we cannot offer a refund here.

Thank you for your understanding, and please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any further questions".

Now look at the return policy above! It says nothing like the email i received. 😠 😡
I am a pensioner and spent more than I could really afford on these and here we are having to argue my case.
EXTREMELY ANNOYED AND UNHAPPY.

Suddenly received a abandoned cart email but I never filled in any data when adding an item to my cart.

I placed an order late one night without reading the trust pilot reviews. The following morning out of interest I checked the reviews and saw they were not great so I was a bit apprehensive.

However. The goods arrived today within a decent time frame. The kids over head ear defenders I ordered seem good quality and my son said he can’t hear anything. I won’t be testing the adult ear defenders until camping in JULY but they also look decent.

The experience with the company has been fine.
