Alsford Opiniões

Good quility decking, delivered on time and seemed to be the only supplier in our area, who's pictures on the website of the profile of the decking boards acturally matched the ones delivered.

Ordered timber via the website. Delivery was on the date stated. Office gave an update on delivery when asked. Driver was helpful and friendly. Quality of timber was good. Thought I would avoid a delivery charge on an order of >£150, but was charged £10.

Great value. Easy ordering process. On time delivery. Excellent quality sleepers. Also, I asked them to deliver to a spot which turned out to be impractical. They popped a 450kg pallet neatly on my front lawn instead. A perfect solution executed on the spot with no fuss. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

The delivery was perfect. Special thank you to the driver ((Matt) who was very nice and helpful.
The downside, I received an expired product confirmed by the brand of it. Alford told me that they will change it next day and the didn't even call me as they agreed. I need to return the item.

The driver delivering my order of oak sleepers was on his own so I had to help him unload the sleepers which were very heavy. Having said that he was also very helpful in helping me carry them through to the back garden. A delivery team of 2 would have been more suitable. The sleepers were more weathered and cracked than I would have liked and, because Alsfords don't have a facility to cut oak sleepers I had to saw some of them by hand saw to cut them into half lengths.

Very helpful and fast delivery

Brilliant, as always. I visited the Mortlake branch in person and found the organisation, tidiness and cleanliness exemplary, and all the staff superlatively helpful. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Good service and communication on time delivery.

Ordered in line and delivered on the first possible date

Easy website to navigate,no hassles with payment, and plenty of contact from Gary updating when being delivered.

Very professional service.delivery driver was great.

I work Mondays and Wednesdays so specifically asked for a Tuesday delivery it arrived guess when? Monday luckily it did not rain as poor driver not only had no help to unload but had to leave it lying on the driveway so exposed to weather Wife couldn’t lift it so I had to sort it when I got home later in evening

All good, on time and helpful.

Fantastic efficient click and collect at a great price. And easy parking. What more can I say

Arrived on time friendly driver very helpful place all goods as requested prompt and good service be happy to order again

The staff are so helpful its a pleasure working with them.

very helpful delivery driver

Delivered on time, good communication re.this.
Sleepers as described. Gabions are okay. I chose wrong gauge so a bit flimsy for what I wanted. The joining bars are very loose twists compared to others I have bought, so wind out easily when you move the baskets. Hoping all will feel stronger once filled with stone.
Gabion stone looks great at top of bag.
