I bought two different regulators from them. For one of them, to test if it would fit, you would do a magnet test to see if your air tube is magnetic or not as the regulator is for the non-magnetic one. I did the test and mine in non magnetic. When it arrived it didn’t fit, and communication with them was rough as they are not fluent in English. They expected me to have a lathe and the skills to fabricate the regulator. I was able to get a refund but lost $30 due to import fees. The second regulator I bought, I confirmed with them multiple times that it would fit and they confirmed it would. They responded as if they were annoyed because they assumed already answered my question but they’re not fluent in English so they didn’t answer my questions. The second regulator itself doesn’t even function. I’ve contacted them for instructions on what to do next. Even if I do get the refund for this I still lose an additional $35 due to import fees.

I'd had recently had a terrible experience with ballistas.uk(cz) they stole my money so went with the company that made the product,s200 q-fill, regulator and tube and paid through PayPal. Great experience, communication was great and product was here quicker than expected.
Bonus, no import duty on a 190 plus pound order !
Will not hesitate to use altaros.cz again.
