Really good company, great service & nice to have free next day delivery!

Ordered a pair of cycling gloves and they were delivered very quickly. But, I ordered the wrong size. So I followed the simple returns process and a few days later the new pair arrived. Great service, I will definitely be using Always Riding in the future.

Despite having a relatively small range. They have some great quality gear stocked. The ordering process was a little clunky, but it was a small price to pay the the goods and speed of delivery and processing. I'll be back for sure.

I live in Luxembourg and ordered a Chrome citizen bag. It got to my city soon and in a perfect state. My only complaint is that I wish that alwaysriding.com would've told me what specific courier would be bringing it home. It turned out to be GLS, which, as I learned later, closed 6 months ago its only depot in Luxembourg (the nearest one is in Brussels, 3 hours and 40+ EUR away by train). I had to take half a day off from work in order to be at home at an acceptable time for the GLS delivery (or else they would send it back to Brussels!). I guess it is a mistake from Alwaysriding, and GLS has no fault either, that´s why I give them 4 stars... but I hope that in the future they inform the buyer about the courier, so that s/he knows what s/he´s getting into when ordering. And, form now on, alwaysriding: please, don´t send to Luxembourg via GLS!

My transaction was flawless and super quick shipment.

An item I ordered as a present had been pictured in the wrong colour. I emailed the company immediately and they apologised and offered to return the item for refund if the birthday girl doesn't like it. Sweet as

Shopping with Alwaysriding is easy thanks to good and simple website. It's nice that Alwaysriding sells also such brands which are not sold in so many places in Europe. Shipping? Fast with no complications.

Top garment, bought the Howies short sleeve jersey so impressed will be buying the long sleeve asap.

Ordered the large size bern allston as per the size guide suggested. Delivery was next day with the option to upgrade to an earlier slot for a small fee. Came on time and with no problems arrived in good packaging and most importantly fitted. Will use again for sure !!

Its the second time I have ordered from Always Riding and I have experienced fast delivery, mostly good quality stuff and perfect conditions of the orders on arrival. The crome bag, cheap on sale, the Walz cycle cap, and the cateye ligts I have orderd where perfect, but the cycle cap from cafe du cyclista did not last long. This is more cafe du cyclista, which is to blame, but still a part of Always Riding's product line.
