I wouldn’t even give this 1! I too recently bought a handheld jet wash - absolutely hopeless. They also said ( eventually) I could have a refund if I returned the product by recorded delivery to China! Had no idea product was coming from China! It would cost me the same to send the piece of rubbish back & then I bet they would claim not received- so I daren’t try it. Tried to get help from
PayPal- no use either. Do NOT buy - waste of money,

I brought an Aquaforce cordless hand held pressure washer from this company. They state TRY IT 100% RISK FREE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE THAT BEGINS WHEN YOU RECEIVE THE PRODUCT. IF YOU DON'T HAVE A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE, CONTACT OUR CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I couldn't get my money back as I had used the product. How do you know a product works if you don't use it. This is totally misleading.
AVOID THIS COMPANY.

This company is fully bogus, bought a trimmer and its accessories complete, and I all I receive is few parts. Now trying to correspond with them, and every email gets bounced back. False advertisement advise everyone to be be aware of this scam.

Biggest bag of crap I ever brought.....company says it will fit any strimmer ....dont be fooled ...it won't.....and yes I also brought the adapter kit ........ lesson learnt !!

Bought an Indestructible Trimmer UK blade for my strimmer. It destructed on the first outing and was only tackling weeds.

Complete waste of £19.99. I tried to email them via their page but got an email bounceback.

Saw the advert for the trimmer £29.99 so ordered it but I received a trimmer head only. Contacted them to return it but they have just ignored my e mails. A total CON false advertising

Purchased a cutter as a replacement for a grass trimmer for £19.99. I received the cutter without any fitting, making it useless and not fit for purpose. When I complained l was told I had to buy it separate for £30, however there was an offer on for £15. Other companies sell the complete thing for less than £15. Set up a dispute with PayPal who found in my favour and gave me a refund

I was bought a helicopter experience for Christmas 2019. & intended to use it in the summer of 2020 but as covid shut everything down. & being told to self isolate by my doctor because of a underlying illness 2020 was basically written off. It’s now June 2021 & I’ve tried to register my voucher, only to be told it has expired. I’ve emailed them with no response. I’d understand if 2020 was a normal year. As you have a year to use it but since most of it was locked down you’d think the voucher would just be carried on into 2021. But no that’s to easy. Just cancel it & run with the cash

Purchased for us in good faith but when we decided to use it at PREZZO in Shaftesbury Ave London that afternoon I find the following message "To complete your exchange We are sorry but an experience in your basket is only available over the phone, please call our customer support team on 0344 879 4970. Our office hours are Monday to Thursday 09.00am until 17.30pm or Friday 09.00am until 14.00pm.
When I look at other options there tend to be restrictions, which I believe the purchaser was not aware of at the time as at a glance at the packaging only states RESTRICTIONS: Age, height, weight and medical. MY ADVICE GIVE THEM THE MONEY AND LET THEM SPEND IT HOW THEY WANT.

I was bought this voucher for Christmas - it sounded lovely, a two night break away with a choice of locations around the UK. However, the choice is really limiting and many of the locations are only available Monday to Thursday on restrictive dates. When we tried to book something, it took 4 days to come back to us - there's no out of hours contact (evenings or weekends) and there is no phone number - only email. When you try and book there is nowhere for you to say that you will pay extra if these dates are not in the deal or to discuss what is available. Terrible communication, really bad choice and difficult to use.

This company is part of WH Smith - not what you would expect from a national company.
