TWO GREAT GUYS, FANTASTIC MOVE, QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY DONE. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

I booked a furniture removal service and while it went as it should, before leaving their employees went on to fly tip 2 armchairs and cushions into the apartment building’s communal bin area. Despite complaining, the service from Maria Parker was nothing less than shocking. As a result of the experience, I can only class the service as atrocious. Dodgy removalists ....

I booked two men and a luton van for my recent house move and couldn't have been happier - I felt so reassured by the guys - Momchil had really honed his Tetris skilled and managed to get a baffling amount to fit in the van! They were quick and friendly which really took the edge of the anxiety of moving day. They also dealt with unloading to my storage unit at the other end without me needing to be there and followed up with photos. They were quick and efficient and the cheaper quote by far. Super happy!

Absolutely brilliant company. Very helpful with having to rearrange booking and the removal men were outstanding. On time, super careful, and neat packing. Also were ok with a delay before unloading. 100 percent recommend Amazing Moves!

We are extremely happy and Satisfied with the service we received today evening for our House Move. Alex has been very good in arranging the entire move from giving us quotations to checking a day before and calling on the day of moving and until the end of the job.It was very reassuring to me as i was getting stressed with the entire moving thing. We want to especially thanks the 2 guys ( very bad we didnt ask their names) who helped us with the move. They were very Organised, Professional, skilful and mindful about handling things carefully. They finished their job before time. They were very strong and I am very amazed with the speed and skills they did the job. Very Impressed with their service and would like to hire them again in future.

Amazing Moves have just cleared my 3 bed house into a storage container - and what a wonderful job they did!
Nas and the boys worked extremely hard from the moment they arrived, and were incredibly professional and well equipped. Nothing was too much trouble.

They do not have any essential equipment or any training.

People, please please, avoid these guys. I have so many photos of the damage they made. I paid a lot of money for their services, and I am not a newbie to moving companies. They will quote you an average price, higher than most, and then the men will working slowly to increase the cost at your expense. If you do not allow them the many extra hours, they will leave your stuff on the road.

I am a very friendly (but not stupid or naive) person. I know when I am being swindled, and the worst part is that the more positive I was, the more they tried to take advantage.

I ended up paying 4 times more than my previous move. And the men (not all) were not nice to have around, they are friendly up front, but they are very dismissive and not to be trusted. For so many things they did that I witness but was not comfortable challenging to their face. I can also understand basic Bulgarian, which I did not disclose to them.

Do you really want that in your home and around your family?

Any type of feedback deemed negative will not be progressed. Lots of regret.

There was one really professional person in the office, the only reason they got 2 stars.

They are also part associated with another group of companies called: Handy Services, I was stupid enough to use these other services, I will not go ahead and write my a review for them. Its basically not good at all.

Honestly, they have a good model, they just need to properly train their removals team, pay much much more attention to the time that is being spend on removals ( I am certain if looked into, they will find a pattern of under quoting or too much overtime), and put in place a basic after service that shows a shred of interest in investigating reported damages instead of being defensive.

Having read previous mixed reviews I was unsure about using Amazing Moves - but Jennifer assured me we would be well looked after - and she was right!
She was responsive and helpful in making the booking, and yesterday Nas and Pavel phoned as arranged to give an hour’s notice, arrived on time, were extremely polite, helpful, capable, strong and willing, and ensured that the whole move was made as easy as possible. I can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again in the future.

I have used Amazing Moves on three separate occasions. They are very competitively priced, arrive on time or warm you in advance if they are running late and get on with the job. The company keeps you updated about arrival time and ring you the day before to make sure you still need the booking.

SHOCKING do not use. They are cheaper and cheap for a reason they cancelled on us the day before we were due to move. I read reviews of them doing this previously and thought it cant be a legit thing. But no they did for us. The van broke but had no option to get another van? No manager to escalate to and no customer service with their 'apology'. I could not reccomend less

Excellent customer service from Alex and a fantastically smooth and professional move from Miro and Danny. They finished the job ahead of schedule so charged me less than the quoted price 😁.

Employees damaged hardwood floor and Company refused to compensate the damage. I can not recommend amazing moves!

Moving house is always stressful, but the drivers who helped me move my belongings to storage and my new address were brilliant. Even when we had trouble parking, they were patient and friendly. I'll be using them again without a doubt.

The only thing that is amazing is how awful this company are. They are the worst - dirt of the earth. They took advantage of a victim of domestic violence by bullying, overcharging and underworking. The lady on the phone is one of the rudest people you will speak to; it’s a customer disservice.

First, they lied that they couldn’t find parking and as such insisted they would charge extra. Then after spending nearly 20 minutes of harassment and poor service they started to pack things into the van very slowly. Then they left without parking all the items in the property. They then insisted on charging extra when they arrived at the next location. This firm are really poor. PLEASE stay as far away from them as possible. You are really better off elsewhere. Absolute disgraceful!

I was very pleased with Amazing Moves they were efficient friendly and helpful I would use them again.

A small job - just used Amazing Moves to deal with two large, heavy items - but first-rate. Efficient and very reasonable.

They were fast and efficient. Everything was in great condition, nothing at all broken or damaged. The furniture was disassembled and perfectly assembled back. They were really nice. Really happy with the result and i will definitely use this company and team again. Thank you.
