I hired AMZ Sellers Attorney to help reinstate my KDP account and paid over $2,000. Their proposed strategy was to admit fault and apologize. It did not resolve my appeal, and another lawyer confirmed that it made my position more difficult.

I also waited about a week for a revision to the appeal letter. The revision consisted of two sentences I had already sent by email.

My account was eventually reinstated with the help of a different attorney. I am very dissatisfied with the service and have requested a refund. I also asked the firm to explain why I paid over $2,000 when I understand other clients paid around $1,500 for similar assistance.

I was 1 month into my deactivation threat by Amazon.

I think I submitted information more then 10 times, all rejected. I was accused of having multiple accounts,

It was rejected again, after feeling out their first submission , AMZ escalated the next round, and told me to email 3 different emails, two emails with the name (Jassy) in it and one email with the words (executive relations) in it .
