Sensacional experience! I've been to different places, amazing...

Before and Amid the Covid-19 Pandemic AIT deserves 10 stars. We were quite impressed with Jenesis Baez and the AIT team's professionalism and genuine care and concern. Great communication throughout the process. Even though we didn't book our flights with them, Jenesis reached out and gave direction after our flight was cancelled. Thank you.

Tour of the Holy Land was AMAZING! Beautiful beachfront hotels with excellent dining experiences; full days of touring sites perhaps Jesus was. We knew that our guide wouldn't be a minister but Yoram Black(toda) greatly exceeded our expectations with his knowledge of the bible and the way he brought it to life. We read scripture, sang, took communion together and some of us were baptized in the Jordan river. We appreciated the skills of our driver, Wael and felt very safe.

Yoram also went above and beyond in making sure everyone was taken care of amidst all the flight changes and confusion. This really is where AIT shinned because the whole team from home to Israel worked together to make this tour an amazing experience. There was Shalom amid the storm. Thank You! Highly Recommend(worth more than cost).

I'm still in disbelief that we actually had the opportunity to visit Israel and to walk in the footsteps of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ! What an amazing, incredible experience; much of which is attributed to the awesome AIT team!

For starters, our travel specialist Jenesis Baez was the absolute BEST! I was already impressed by the website info. and reviews, but Jenesis was an absolute gem to work with from beginning to end. She helped us secure the package we desired, assisted with flights, checked on us prior to leaving, during, and after our return home. When she was out of the office, her counterpart, Skyler was just as great to work with. Talk about personalized, concierge services, A+ for sure!

Once in Israel, we were connected with the absolute best tour guide (Yoram Black) and bus driver (Wa-hel). Yoram absolutely brought the Bible to life, with his detail and explanation. As a native of Israel, I expected him to have great historical perspective, but in addition, his knowledge of the Bible, historical insight mixed with his sharing of personal stories and encounters was absolutely wonderful. A true story teller for sure. As he toured us around, I often saw other groups listening to his stories and explanations as well.

Equally awesome and important was our bus driver, Wa-hel. I didn't know what to expect about driving conditions in Israel but learned that driving there takes extreme skill and patience; lots of tight quarters, narrow one-way streets, limited 3pt. turn space.. .Wahel was just phenomenal.

On our way home we ran into challenges at the airport, considering everyone was rushing to get back to their respective homes as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic. Delta canceled our flights but AIT proactively connected us with UNITED flights with similar timing. There was a hiccup at the airport with our seats on the new flights but within minutes of me calling Marcia at the AIT emergency line, she connected us with the airport onsite AIT rep. that helped us get on the flight with just enough time to spare. We are so appreciative of the level of concierge support and services provided by AIT...I just can't say thank you enough. We will certainly use AIT for future travel and 100% recommend them as the only option to our family and friends who want to visit the Holy Land!!

My mom and I were so happy with all the details American Israel tours provided. We had a peace of mind the whole trip with knowing all was taken care of. We were very pleased with the hotels, drivers, and all the locations we visited. Also a huge thank you to our tour guides for making this trip amazing and bringing the Bible to life for us. This was a dream come true for my mom and I and we both want to thank the company for making it happen for us. We will be recommending this company to all of our friends and family for sure.

Into the Promised Land was an excellent tour. The guides in each country were great. Yoram Black in Israel was especially good.

Having people to facilitate the border crossings and airport arrival was a great help.

My tour was cut short by a day due to the coronavirus, but it was still an excellent tour. I highly recommend this tour and company.

Very informative, hard working tour guide, however lunches were very poor quality & late in the day and one day skipped lunch totally because by the time we made it to the restaurant it literally ran out of food. Also, as a Christian on a Holy Land pilgrimage, it would have been much more meaningful to have a Christian tour guide. Ours kept saying he was still waiting for the Messiah to come.

Just returned from a bus tour with America Israel Tours, Roots Of Your Faith. We all had a wonderful time. There was not one person in our group who would say otherwise. Every person in our group was so genuine, so thoughtful, and they made the whole week so much fun.
But what was most impressive was the professionalism and thoughtfulness and incredible knowledge that was shown to us by AIT's two representatives. Gabi, our bus driver, has incredible skills as he navigated around those small streets and tight corners. He was always pleasant and everyone enjoyed the ride, feeling very comfortable being in his very capable hands. The bus was always spotless, and when the music came on, the song "Jerusalem" as we exited the tunnel to view the city for the first time, we fell silent. It was quite a moment. We were a group that was always on time, if not back on the bus a few minutes early, and Gabi was ready for us every time and we were off. He's wonderful!
And then our guide, Yair. I am at a loss for words to describe all that he did for our group and for our experience in Israel. He is such an amazing individual. The wealth of knowledge that he possesses is impressive, to say the least, regardless if it was political knowledge, cultural, archeological or Biblical, he knew it all! He never once consulted notes or was stuck without an answer when he was asked, even when the answer was both yes and no, lol. He treated every person with such respect and appreciation. When he saw that someone had trouble hearing on the first day, he instinctively made room for her close to him within our group so that she would not miss a word he said. And he knew when to slow down, allowing others to catch up. He cared for us, simply put. He always discussed our day with us on the bus while we travelled, so that when it came time to tour, we knew exactly what to expect and where to go and how much time we had. His organizational skills were incredible. He talked on the bus for hours, and we all enjoyed his talks and humor. His leadership was the core reason why our group melted together so successfully, I am very confident in this. Yair must be one of AIT's most valuable members. As he walked the streets, everyone he passed seemed to know him and appreciate him as well, his networking skills were on par, and his smile and welcome paved the way for us.

Every place that AIT arranged for us to visit was worth visiting, they had a perfect itinerary to follow, and chose accommodations very well. They are very easy to deal with then booking, as well the tour went so smoothly. The only thing I could suggest is to provide whispers for the Bethlehem day only, as we could not hear the new guide easily, and the Church of the Nativity setting did not lend itself to easy group listening as we formed a long line. (With Yair we never needed them).
Yair and Gabi, you are so appreciated and I miss you already, you are an amazing team. I would highly suggest booking a tour with America Israel Tours, and they have so many different tours to pick from. I hope to return again. Nancy

Jenesis Baez is a pretty amazing lady, and we developed a very good business relationship from the first time I spoke with her. She was, and is still very friendly. I feel comfortable talking with her. May be without her I would have changed my mind about using AIT. It is very important to have friendly people like Jenesis in customer service. I will write another review after the trip, God willing. At this moment I can only talk about Jenesis because she has gone above and beyond in answering my questions and has exhibited excellent professionalism.

Organized tour schedule. I felt safe, Yair is constantly checking on us to make sure everyone stayed together. All four hotels we stayed in are 5 star hotel but the Herod’s Dead Sea hotel is the best for me, best view and the best food. My only regret is that I didn’t plan well to spend enough time in the Dead Sea, by the time we reached the hotel I was really exhausted. All the places we visited were educational and spirituality uplifting, the Baptism in the Jordan River and Masada and Mount of Beatitudes were some of my favorites. If I were to do the tour again, I would plan to fly back home Sunday morning instead of Monday morning. Otherwise Me and my sister enjoyed the tour and highly recommend AIT.

We haven’t taken our tour yet, but American Israel Tours have already exceeded our expectations. We booked our own flights and neglected to include our middle names. Michele from AIT went out of her way to help us when we were unable to fix it ourselves with the airlines. We’re so grateful for her assistance and look forward to our trip later this year!

Bruce was a great tour guide. He was very knowledgeable about the places that we visited. I also like the pace of the tour and enjoyed the sites that I was able to visit.

100% recommend working with AIT. Our custom tour was perfect. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Great communication up front and precise execution. The bus, guides and hotels were exactly as promised, amazing.

We had an amazing tour with AIT. Working with them was so easy. We chatted on the phone and emailed back and forth for months to plan our trip. Our amazing guide in Israel was Bruce and our driver was Isaac. Bruce's passion and knowledge of the area and history was infectious. He seamlessly guided us from Tel Aviv to Nazareth, to the Dead Sea, and Masada, to Jerusalem. We had a wide range of people on our tour from ages 8 to 81 and Bruce made sure we all got something out of it. One of my favorite things was the boat ride on the Sea of Galilee and floating in the Dead Sea. I would highly recommend AIT for a tour of the Holy Land and Bruce as your guide you will not be disappointed.

I was going to take the trip with Americal Israel Tours the roots of the Holy Land Tour.There were three of us in the group we told them that we were paying for our trips separate.They keep getting the information of our payment and dates of travel mixed up.We had to get with them on a three way call to confirm our trip was individual,that’ when they became rude .In my opinion they were unprofessional with the whole tour.Don’t think they are the best company to tour with.

First, let me just say I did not end up choosing to go on my trip with American Israel Tours. I always have dreamed to go to Israel and to gift my mom with this trip. I also have a friend that was going to join me on this trip. From the beginning to end with my interactions with the staff and manager who are unprofessional and rude. The trip advisor who initially explained the process of paying for the trip. 1. you can do payments through a credit card which will add a 3% charge or you can do payments through check by mailing in payment if you are not paying the whole trip off upfront. I choose to do my monthly payments each month to fit the budget I was working within and to have my trip paid off 60 days before departure. Here is where all the confusion came in the company mixed up our dates of departure and when we tried to correct they were argumentative. This was very stressful because a large amount of money was already sent. I then brought the manager into it, He said that he would normally charge a changing fee but he waived it. The next issue is they would remind me via email that I must pay off my whole trip 60 days prior to the trip; which is fine but they were supposed to send an updated receipt once they receive my payment. it was very upsetting and stressful because it was like they wanted to remind me to do my part but they did not do what they were supposed to I reminded them serval time to provide me with my updated receipt. The lady that deal with processing the money would communicate with me via email was very rude!! The situation really was too much and I ended up requesting all of my funds back and to not do business with this company. The Manger and I were on the phone speaking about all the issues that has gone on thus far. He was yelling at me and not speaking facts of what actually went on. My suggestion to anyone that is considering to use to company run run run!!!Unprofessional and rude!!!!!!!!

America Israel tours provided an incredible experience for us. Every day was amazing! The tour guides were so experienced, the hotels were very nice, and we always felt safe. The tour requires some stamina as the schedule starts at 6:30 most mornings and ends with dinner. There is very little down time. But there is so much to see. I wouldn’t have wanted to miss any of it! We also took the Nile River cruise pre-excursion which I highly recommend. We have so many wonderful memories and new friends!
