Nothing worse than bad customer service
I ordered the wrong product from Ammo Man.
I called to cancel. In this company "cancel" is not an option. You order it - you have to take it. The mistake in ordering was mine.
The mistake in not providing good customer service is theirs. They left me "stuck" with a product I don't want that they could easily re-sell.
In seems business is so good right now they really don't have to care. I'm hoping they change their policy on that one day.

Great service and would use again.
I have used them for years and have had no problems at all.
I have used various credit cards and debit cards with no issues, either.
I get my order within a week of paying for it. My UPS man and FedEx man know that they can leave it on my porch without a signature.
I get the feeling that some of the folks that have difficulties are angry about something else.
I just placed another order in the last week and have received it, already.

I got the order so fast I am amazed. It is exactly as ordered and well packaged, couldn't ask for more, except give me more in the future!

BEST PRICE, ON TIME DELIVERY, NO E MAILS SAYING SORRY ITS BACK ORDERED. WHEN THEY ARE OVERWHELMED WITH ORDERS OR TOO TIRED TO GO ON, THEY CLOSE THE SITE.. WISH ALL HAD THOSE VALUES. AVAIL. IS SLIGHT, I WISH MY FACTORY WAS SO EMPTY.KEEP THE SALES ON,, MORE, MORE, MORE... NEVER CAN HAVE TO MUCH AMMO.

3 Stars, good price total ignorance and no support
They have problematic web site which has failed many times on me and I've been charged twice for the same item. They never reply to emails so you never know if your transaction went through. Price wise I think they are some of the best
