Recently mortgage rates have been up and down weekly. He was able to secure a lower rate on our final offer than originally budgeted for, so we are very happy.

My previous broker was not contactable and I was left with a fixed rate expiry that would have increased payments on a BTL. I did a search and found Colum and A Mortgage Now.
