We used Amphlett Lissimore to help with the conveyancing for the sale of our house.

Both Nigel and Stephanie supported us throughout the transaction and ensured, despite certain complications outside their control, that the sale was completed on a timely basis. Overall, we were really happy with the advice provided.

Amphlett Lissimore dealt with the conveyancing on the sale of our flat and the purchase of a house. They were excellent throughout the whole process, especially considering the challenges posed by some of the other solicitors in the chain. Thank you William and Kim. The way you committed to ensure we completed on the target date is much appreciated.

We had the pleasure of working with Amphlett Lissimore Solicitors for the sale of our house, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. From the start, Stephanie Bastien and her team were incredible. Our house sale was far from straightforward, but Stephanie was professional, efficient, and always ready to assist. She provided clear guidance every step of the way, ensuring we felt supported throughout the entire process.

The team’s dedication and expertise truly set them apart. They were responsive, proactive, and consistently went above and beyond to handle our complex situation. Thanks to their hard work, we managed to navigate through all the challenges smoothly.

My wife and I recently worked with Jimmy as our conveyancer for the purchase of our house, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From the very beginning, Jimmy was professional, efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. He kept us informed at every stage of the process, explaining everything in clear and simple terms.

Jimmy’s attention to detail and dedication were truly impressive. He handled all the paperwork and legalities with precision, making what could have been a stressful process feel seamless and straightforward.

Thanks to Jimmy’s hard work and commitment, the purchase was completed smoothly, and we felt confident and supported throughout the entire journey. We highly recommend Jimmy to anyone looking for a trustworthy and top-notch conveyancer!

The purchase of a property and sale of my own property was not a straight forward process and Claire and her team (Nicola) were always at the end of the phone and always communicated with the whole of the chain. They made a very stressful situation much easier as I trusted the fact that they would be doing everything behind the scenes that they could, their hard work meant we could move into our property when everything seemed to be against us. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

They were very helpful and friendly. They made it feel easy with helping me out and made me feel comfortable with the process at every step.

Claire and Khadije were amazing and very responsive throughout all the process, it was great to work with and I’ll definitely recommend them to my family and friends! Thanks again, E&F

Exceptional professionalism , with clear speedy communication and outstanding advice .
We were co ordinating the sale of our house from our overseas base and Claire and Khadija were always prompt to respond to our emails and queries and offered solutions to our any potential issues .
I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend.

Claire and Nicola did the conveyancing with reassuring common sense, tact and thoroughness. They had answers for potential issues and reduced a lot of the stress coming in from outside. They also had good local knowledge for dealing with extra official paperwork in our part of SE21. I would highly recommend them.

Our conveyancing was handled by the excellent Claire Pays and her equally excellent assistant Nicola Curtis. They were efficient, communicative and very patient in what ultimately turned out to be a tricky transaction.

I would absolutely recommend Amphlett Lissimore and in particular Claire and Nicola to anybody requiring conveyancing.

We have used AL for the conveyancing of three properties now and each time we have had excellent and professional service.

Selling our family home last month was a rollercoaster of an experience and AL guided us through it seamlessly. They were clear, straightforward and thorough, and always responsive. Thanks to their professionalism the process went as smoothly as possible and we completed on the due date with no problems.

I highly recommend Vursha and her team at Amphlett Lissimore , the whole process for my house purchase was seamless and everyone was extremely professional. This is the second time I have instructed Amphlett to work for me and each time has been a very speedy turnaround and i have been kept up to speed the whole way through.
Thank you so much !

Claire - the solicitor from Amphlett Lissimore:
- Answer very details all our inquiries
- Prompt response whenver we asked
- We never need to chase or remind her through 4 months engagement.

We are very happy and appreciate her support and guidance !

Neelam Trinkha did our very complex and tricky lease extension on our flat. She was relentless in getting the right documents, the right wording, chasing up and pursuing other parties involved. Her dudiligence was second to none Without Neelams involvement we would probably be still trying to complete the extension. I highly recommend Amphlett Lissimore but be sure to use Neelam, she's knows her stuff, will get the job done with the upmost efficiency.

Claire made whole process so easy for us. Quick, professional, thorough and efficient - very good at her job, and would recommend her services to anyone purchasing/selling their house. And to top it all of friendly and nice to speak to!

We have just completed on the sale of a property and am very happy with the professional service from Amphlett Lissemore's West Wickham office. The communication was prompt and efficient, they quickly relayed information to others in the chain and always kept me up dated. They were very approachable and friendly making it easy to ask questions. It can be very stressful selling a property but they made the whole process much easier.
