Amphlett Lissimore Opiniões

Claire at Amphlett Lissimore recently dealt with our purchase and we cannot recommend her enough. She was so efficient and her team were great to deal with. We are so grateful to them for a quick and positive process. Thank you AL :)

This is my second conveyancing transaction with Amphlett Lissimore and both have been conducted by Claire Pays and her team. Without question, this purchase could not have completed within the tight timescales we were working to without Claire. She is precise, concise and has a solution based approach. Her communication is prompt and her advice practical. Claire drove this purchase from offer on the 17/02/25 to exchange on 17/03/25 and completion on 31/03/25. I could not recommend Claire, Nicola and Jasmine more highly.

Great experience with Claire and team. Made my house move very easy and were always available to contact. Would definitely recommend

We chose Amphlett Lissimore for the
Conveyancing support in purchasing of our property and have been really happy with their work, Xhesika has been very supportive, has shown outstanding professionalism and working hard to get the purchase through, on time and updated us throughout .We were at ease and did not have to worry about a thing, and has been the smoothest purchase we have had. Many thanks to Amphlett Lissimore team.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Team were always available and clear in their communication and engagement. Easily the BEST Solicitors I have used to date

I've used their services to buy our new house and sell our current one. Excellent communication and overall guidance throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them!

Both Claire & Jasmine have been thoroughly professional through out our recent engagement. Transparent & swift in their communications and patient in answering our questions and follow ups too.

Superb service, always reachable, quick to respond. Would high recommend Amphlett

I'm very grateful to Stephanie and Nigel for such a smooth process on the purchase of my flat. From day one, I felt supported and confident that my case is in good hands. I appreciated timely and clear communication, and getting answers to all my questions!

I reached out to Amphlett Lissimore in Crystal Palace to complete my Leasehold extension . Ms Neelam Trikha acted on my behalf, with what was a difficult process. Neelam’s expertise was absolutely invaluable, particularly when dealing with the Freeholder. I was kept up to date by phone and emails and knew what was going on .
Neelam was very professional yet sympathetic and kind to my plight , and helped push me over the finish line, of which I’m very grateful . Neelam deserves my highest recommendation .
Quite simply, she’s very very good at her job !
Neelam , thank you again.

Estella & her team have been very supported in my difficult & complex case.

They have worked really hard, even to very tight deadlines to achieve a good result for my case. I am very impressed in her knowledge & expertise in her field. It has been a very long & difficult battle & her care & support has been at a very top level. I am happy with the best outcome she has achieved for me, so that I can continue with my life peacefully. Thank you Estella & your wonderful team, and superb barrister. I am forever grateful.

Alice was so kind and showed such patience
in supporting me. She explained what was happening and what each step meant in way I actually understood!

Efficient and comprehensive work once again from Nigel Matthews at Amphlett Lissimore with selling a property.
Our family has used Nigel for over 20 years and we can not recommend him highly enough.

Excellent communication and prompt answers to our questions, real attention to detail and a concern that our elderly parents completed on their purchase of a retirement flat in the quickest time possible after a dreadful experience with a previous firm

I'm an estate agent who deals with hundreds of solicitors but have chosen Claire & Nicola from Amphlett Lissimore to act for me on my sale. Highly recommend.

Today I received my title Absolute from Amphlett lissimore and I am delighted, thank you for being the company I can trust and rely on time after time, If their was a Highest achievable benchmark in conveyancing I can say without a doubt it would have Amphlett Lissimore inscribed beside it

Khadija and Jasmine have made the process of selling my flat so easy and worry free. I would sell it all over again, just to be able to work with them. They have kept me informed the whole time, answered any questions no matter how minor or trivial, and it has never been a problem for them. Need someone to do your conveyancing, look no further these people are absolutely top class.
